Speed of delivery. Kilo orders came in 2x500g bags which is great for keeping coffee fresh. Highly recommend. Also free delivery at 40euro is the big incentive with CMC.

Terrible Customer Service & Misleading Information
I reached out to clarify a shipping fee discrepancy before placing an order. Their website clearly stated free delivery for orders over €40, yet I was being charged €12. Instead of addressing my concern, their response was simply: "Our shop closed. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER."
No apology, no explanation—just an abrupt and unprofessional reply. If the shop is closed, why is the website still active and accepting orders? Completely unacceptable and misleading.
