Simon came over free of charge to remove a redundant alarm we inherited when purchasing our new house. Top notch service and also provided us with a host of personal recommendations for local tradespeople. Couldn't recommend more highly.
I’ve been with Simon and the team for years - always reliable, professional and willing to go the extra mile in terms of service. Pricing is fair and Simon clearly explains (with patience) any changes and updates to the system. I feel we’re in safe hands and would highly recommended.
Simon and the team were great, communication was clear and professional from the outset, and everything was delivered as agreed and on time. The team were knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I understood each step of the process.
It is clear they take pride in their work and in providing a reliable service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! Thanks again

Thank you, Simon, for your outstanding work!
From the very first day I met Simon 3 weeks ago, I knew we were in good, professional hands.
True to my intuitive feel, we had a great installation and transfer service to CMM in a smooth, efficient and timely manner over this last week
First class, professional service delivered by Simon with all our smallest security needs well catered to. Great company, wonderful people.
Just had a new home alarm system installed by Controlled Monitoring and Maintenance, so easy to deal with and so professional - We have had a Verisure alarm system for the last few years and what a headache they were to deal with, they made a lot of promises and the sales staff say one thing to get you to sign up and when you want to cancel it becomes a nightmare. So glad I got in touch with CMMFS and have a piece of mind and system is connected to police.
We have use this firm for last 13 years. They are brilliant. Understood our needs and fitted an alarm system that was reliable, easy to use and adapted as we’ve needed.
Simon, is very reliable and trustworthy. Any problems, contact Simon, he will explain and sort out. Totally satisfied.
Simon from Controlled Monitoring & Maintenance Ltd fitted our first intruder alarm over 12 years ago and he installed our second alarm system just before Christmas 2023. His advice was perfect for our house and garage. Simon explained various options and didn’t push us to go for unnecessary expense. The system is neat, unobtrusive and easy to use. Really good value. This is a thoroughly ethical company. Highly recommended.
Have recently received upgrade of system. Excellent communication with company, prompt installation and to a good standard with minimum disruption. Monitoring service and help by staff has been of an excellent standard. Very impressed.
Excellent company Professional and responsive.
Have used their services for many years and recommended them to colleagues and family.
