Sold me a scratched gun and instead of giving me a refund you tried to blame it on me or the shipper when we all know damn well it came from you. Take some responcibility instead of trying to pass the buck!!!!

What I received has manufacturer defects that are clear and visible. It will not let the enhancement for the kit to work. It is literally bent, you can see this in the pictures and videos I sent to them. The customer service treats you like a child who cannot figure out how to put batteries in their first toy. over a $40 item they have lost a few thousand in sales. I will continue to spread my experience with everyone in hopes that there is some kind of change. They let ego ruin their reputation. OH, CMMG Flagged this for harmful speech. Nothing in here in harmful or defamatory. I have the receipts to prove everything. This is hilarious.

Bought MK4 that would not hold a group after 2 shots no matter what you put in it. Tried to get in contact with them which was a waste of time. Was in the area and took it to them. No indication at all that they are even a business. No sign anywhere, no one in their office. Finally saw someone in the back and gave them my card. They called me back about a week later and wanted me to send it to them. Told them I was just there and have no intention of sending a $1500 rifle to what appears to be an empty building. Took it to a gunsmith and he found the barrel nut about to fall off of it. Resecured, still won’t shoot. Bought new barrel, gas block and tube. Shoots excellent. Spent over $500 on a new rifle and want reimbursed for it. These people are a joke and don’t appear to even be a real business.

I purchased a Banshee 300 a couple of years ago and loaded the magazines, placing it near my bed for protection against unwelcome visitors. However, when I took it to the range and pulled the trigger, nothing happened—the firing pin is too short. I contacted the company 3-4 months ago to request a repair, but they completely ignored my request. As an FFL licensed company, I strongly advise against purchasing from CMMG. Their customer service is unacceptable.

Notorious for sending the wrong product

Banshee 40 caliber carbine. The ejector is flawed. When I called them, their fix is to send me some weights to add to the ejector. I need to do the work with a patch because of their POOR design. I also had a casing jammed in the barrel that I needed to pound out due to the double feeds and dwell time issues. I requested a new barrel and was told that I could send my barrel in to be checked. However, the turnaround time is six plus weeks!!

My advice is to STAY AWAY from CMMG products. The banshee is basically at $1400 paperweight!
