I’ve used CM in the past when selling Funko items in bulk and was very happy with the service. Based on that positive experience, I submitted another enquiry in March for around 100 Pops/Sodas. I was pleased with the initial quote, and the team asked for photos, which I provided promptly for review.

Unfortunately, since then, I haven’t received any communication for over two and a half weeks, despite sending a few follow-ups. This is particularly disappointing given that the initial response time was within a matter of days, if not 24 hours.

I completely understand if the team has changed their mind or no longer wishes to proceed with the offer. However, it’s disappointing not to receive even a brief update out of courtesy.

Following this review, the company responded within a few hours, citing staff absences and workload for the delay. However, they also confirmed they would be withdrawing their offer due to the review. After over two and a half weeks of no response despite multiple follow-ups, it’s hard not to find it notable that a reply only came once the issue was raised publicly. They were quick enough to respond and withdraw their offer once this review was posted, yet couldn’t take a few moments to provide an update during that time.

As always CM POP have made my day with a brilliant loungefly, this time it was Tigger and my god he’s beautiful! Such a fabulous company with such friendly customer service and they will always sort out any problems you have! Highly recommend buying from CM POP for any of your loungefly needs! 10/10
