I have found C&M Water to be knowledgeable, approachable, competitive in their pricing and generally an all round breath of fresh air to date in the legionella sector.

Whilst it is early days in our relationship, they have continued to impress, be accommodating, professional and responsive, since that quotation and liaison turned to an order.

I became aware of C&M Water Ltd in late 2022. It soon became clear that they were very professional, enthusiastic, committed, technically competent and reliable. This manifested itself very early on when I looked at their website – it is brilliant! It is cool to look at, comprehensive regarding their services, any jargon is clearly explained and contact with them is easy by phone or email. After being involved with them over the past year and a half, I can honestly say they do “what it says on the tin/website”. They have all been a pleasure to work with, the work is first class, on time and properly documented. I am looking forward to our next meeting.

We found C&M online, we needed our TMV's servicing, annual disinfection and fail safe checks doing. The service has been outstanding, everything all planned in advance 3 guys arrived on site looking professional and never late once. The logsheets were clear and all faults highlighted. We've now booked them in to replace the faulty TMVs of the back of a great customer experience so far

We've been using C&M water Ltd for two months now, as our main contractor for all our legionella risk assessment, water sampling and monthly monitoring. One item picked up on our recent risk assessment was the internal condition of our cold water storage tanks, they really took their time on site to make sure the disruption to the water being off was minimal, the professional standard of work was fantastic to see with professional job sheets with before and after pictures which we've placed in out legionella risk assessment folder. We'd highly recommend C&M water Ltd.
