I bought some items from them, and put my vehicle in for repairs. The mechanic who fixed my vehicle did not require them and Coastal happily refunded me....well done guys and thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish including no quibble refund on parts i returned.

Costal motorhomes can't fault them ,very helpful n polite on the phone,return excellent,don't take the piss there awesome stick massive amounts of parts I've had loads now for a fiat ducato 1991,big love n respect almost built it brand new thanks 2 these...delivery wow fast,there awesome,order b4 3am delivery gets 2 u with a blink,unreal these I use all the time anything call there 2 b reckoned with No1...for campervan spares and more.xxxx

Two separate orders both wrong. Figured the first was a one off but no. Customer service was infuriating very relaxed about sorting out the problem. Will not be using them anytime soon.

Outstanding customer care. Rang them to get a replacement door mirror for my left hand drive MH. After helping work out the appropriate one we got stuck in traffic so couldn’t get there by the time they closed. I rang them and they went out of their way to bring us the mirror as we couldn’t pick it up. Amazing!

I needed a new throttle control for the Moho,last week.
Arrived in two days , not the companies fault , problem with delivery by carrier

My phone call was answered quickly and professionally. I ordered on a Friday and I was told I would receive my part on Monday. It arrived on time was a genuine part and half the price of main dealer.

The helpfulness and thought involved was brilliant. Specifically:
1/ Didn't mind checking that the part was suitable for my number plate (because minor difference in OEM part number);
2/ We know DPD is not the fastest service to our address in northeast Scotland so Coastal switched to Royal Mail 24, which was indeed truly next day. Actually 20 hours from placing order on phone.
3/ Packaging and labelling was perfect.

When you need advice about a part they know which one is needed also how to check to find necessary information to get right part

I needed a part, they had it and delivered it in very good time and I got my van back on the road

I rang at 1pm to order Fiat Ducato disc brakes and break shoes. They arrived by courier next morning.
