Thank you Glyn and the team for renovating our bathroom! It's changed incredible, it's super functional now and very modern. All our expectations within quality and service were met with some complications on the way which we have faced during the project. Our project was quite challenging and we are pleased with end results and we recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your professional services and great job. Just had these guys in for a kitchen refit. They were their when said and got our kitchen in and fitted in the 3 day slot. They kept everything clean and tidy, also did some extras for us and didn't charge extra. Left them to let themselves come and going very trust worthy and very reliable and polite.
These guys were recommended to us and so glad we went with then. Can not find a negative thing about this firm, had alot of other firms made quotes and these guy very competitive and worth every penny. Also ready for Christmas as promised

Glyn's team made us feel comfortable and confident in their abilities, which set the tone for the entire project. I'll admit, I have a super picky eye for detail, but nothing was too much trouble for this team. They patiently listened to my concerns, addressed every question, and accommodated my every request. The work carried out by this team was of a high standard. It was clear that they took great pride in their craft.

Our kitchen went from a dilapidated, outdated space that was falling apart to a modern kitchen that is a delight to cook in.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the Glyn, Nicola and their team with the whole process making the job as smooth as possible. Their high standards deserve a 6 star review. Glyn and his team were nothing but fantastic. We needed a kitchen removed, and a whole new one put together. They took care of the plumbing, electrics, plastering, painting and tiling. They were punctual and had excellent communication with us. Will be using them again when it’s time to have our bathroom done.

Couldn't be happier with the end result, full kitchen, lounge, hall refurb. Glyn and his team made the entire process as seamless as possible, which is no mean feet when you don't have access to a kitchen for nearly 5 weeks or your entire downstairs for that matter. Glyn and his team did a fine job of removing a structural interior wall to create a kitchen diner space. Any unexpected issues were resolved and he had a good relationship with building control. We are in the process of obtaining a quote for further works. Highly reccomended.

Very positive experience of working with Glyn and his team on a recent large composite decking and pergola refurb. A big job for us and nervous of getting in a good team as yiu never know!. But with Coastal Proprty Improvementss we could tell from day one we would be in safe hands. Glyn has a very critical eye for detail.

Glyn and his team worked on my renovations including bathroom, kitchen flooring, flat roof, garden and more. His work was excellent and he always left things tidy and clean. Importantly, he is extremely reliable, I would highly recommend and I will be using them again.

We recently had a new bathroom fitted by CPI. During the initial phase Glen gave excellent advice on layout and materials, which really helped.CPI are punctual, polite and always left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. Glyn completed the job yesterday and it looks fantastic ,am very pleased .Glyn is easy to talk to and has been very helpful with his advice and building knowledge and would definately contact him for a quote for any future work .

Had an asbestos roofed garage removed and a garden house built in it's place. Because of the unusual shape of our garden and also being on a hill it was very tricky to do. The quality of the workmanship is truly amazing. Much much better than expected, on time and on budget. Never met Glyn before so was not entirely sure at the start how it would go. I'm absolutely delighted.

Glyn and his team stepped in when another builder let us down, glad he did! We had structural steel work measured and fitted to support the upper floors, a new extension with various room adaptions, all works from the ground through to finishings. Fantastic communication and positive attitude to get over anything, very customer focused with exceptional workmanship. Highly Recommend

I had a new bathroom fitted by Coastal. The guys that came were very professional from start to finish. Very pleased with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend.
