Dreadful customer service! several emails over 5 days and nothing! My order not delivered DPD say "returned to sender" only they know why, no non delivery note. Asked for redelivery or refund still nothing from Brulo Ordered on 30th Sept 2024 some much for 5 day "promise" Cant get my beer, cant get my money back, cant phone them...The worst company I have ever dealt with and I'm retired.............
UPDATED 11th Oct Ok the real culprit here has turned out to be DPD! The original parcel has been damaged in transit unbeknown to me but DPD were dreadful in all of this , they failed to communicate with me plus once again about the parcel etc I could not talk to a person or email and their webchat was not working....
I have updated my rating of Brulo who provided a swift replacement parcel now recieved and all ok. My comments about customer service delays and no contact numbers still stand. Brulo need to improve.

Great beer, love it, but customer service sorely lacking, last order has gone gone awol, no reply to emails and unable to contact by phone . Come on Brulo get your act together.

Update .. now resolved, replacement being sent.

Alcohol-free beers can be hit and miss, but with Brulo, you can always be confident of quality. I've tried hard to find better than Brulo, but nobody comes close.

Everything is super easy, the choice is great and it’s far and away the best AF Beer available.

Great AF beer. Nearest I can find to proper hoppy Ale. Pity that it is so expensive compared with other AF.

Best tasting alcohol-free beers I've tried. Lust for Life is my go to but I also really like unnamed Centennial-hopped IPA and Cascadian Tides. Brewed in Belgium at the De Proefbrouwerij brewery where they obviously have cracked the alcohol-free process because all the brands brewed there taste far better than other breweries. Brulo beers taste like proper modern hoppy beer, no un-wanted bready, unfermented wort, sugary tastes at all.

Some “ alcohol free “ or similar beers are like sugary water with very little beery taste .
BRULO beers have the taste , you can tell there’s a difference but they’re still very drinkable.

Brulo's selection of non-alcoholic beer is some of the best around. Delivery is always prompt once ordered. Highly recommended.

Some of the beers are great…
But Avoid buying unless there is a deal on, at least 50% which gets you closer to real world prices. The premium profit being exacted from those who want to drink low alcohol beers is starting to spread across the industry lead mainly by Brulo.

Happily there are occasions where the deals are very good, hence I have a garage full of Brulo cans. I’m hoping the beer won’t go off!!!

The lack of duty should keep the price lower, instead the increased demand for low alcohol beers is resulting in gouging ….

I love the taste of Brulo beers .. very authentic for the styles described.. no plastic tasting like mass conglomerate breweries who produce flavoured fizzy water coloured to look like beer.
My only criticism is that I prefer 440ml cans so I tend to buy more this size from other equally good nolo breweries

Brulo is one of if not the best non-alcoholic beer brewer in the UK. They have a very good range of beers and they taste as good as the full fat versions.

My favourites are the 5 Fruit Goose and the 7 Hop 7 Grain.

I drink both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, and these some of the the best alcohol free beers I've tasted on the market. I would be a more regular customer if the price was a little more reasonable.

Brulo's AF beers a really great and are up their with the best AF's around. In fact the "7 Hop 7 Grain" IPA is my fav AF beer out there.

Many low or no alcohol beers deliver limited taste. That’s not the case with Brulo. Their range consistently delivers excellent flavours and, to my mind, is unrivalled. I order directly from them and delivery is always on time with the beers arriving in great condition. Can’t recommend highly enough.
