Worst experience ever.....

Bought n exhaust for my harley on 24th of may, said the 29th of may will be shipped, nothing for a week, called them said oh yea it's in stock but i don't know why it's not shipped yet.

After following up and begging to ship something i bought with my own money, they said om shipped. Lying that it was shipped with the fastest method and will take 3 days to arrive, while i called ups they say it will take 7. Now i bought a new bike and i have to pay for storage of the bike till the exhaust arrives?

Unprofessional, not worth it and above all the lying. Avoid trust me. Maybe the product is worth it, but these guys don't know how to run a business, the replay days after on emails, on the phone they say something but in reality it is different. Try to buy a product off the shelf maybe ok. But ordering from online jo.

Slowest service ever order a £1200 axle back 4 weeks ago still not even dispatched had some crappy fed ex tracking number 5 days ago saying dispatched and still isn’t updated never known an online purchase so slow H&R didn’t have springs in stock for my car but they produced a set and sent from Germany in 10 days these clowns can’t make an exhaust in a month !

Fair pricing and very good delivery, lots of updates and accurate estimations. Assuring to know when things are arriving as they are big boxes.

Bought a sport exhaust system for my BMW X5 E53 3.0D at Driftshop.com. Unfortunately one of the exhaust tips had a small welding error. The manufacturer Cobra exhausts UK did send me completely free a new exhaust tip and even paid for the import taxes. Excellent service of both Cobra exhausts UK and Driftshop.com France.

Great communication via email from the team regarding the despatch date, order info and more.
More importantly, I contacted the sales team about having purchased an exhaust full price just before the black friday deals, and they happily refunded me the difference - can’t thank them enough really.

Just wanted to say a big thank you. From online ordering, being kept up to date with despatch and delivery but, most of all for my lovely axle back exhaust that is now fitted to my MX5. It looks great and sounds amazing. Thank you 😊

Communication is pretty bad. After multiple attempts the never responded.
The welds on the exhaust are pretty bad looking. Carbon exhaust had flaws in the material.

Would not but it again.

I bought cobra sport exhaust for my HD S1250 2022
Carbon fiber discolored after the 1st ride … they promised to send a replacement slip-on but no avail … company is not responsive … since December 2022 i have to do several followups … till today my problem is not yet solved…

After service is what matters …

I live in the US and wanted a very specific look for a slip-on for my KTM. I feel like I lucked out when I found the Speed Product Cobra Exhaust Slip on. It was exactly what I was looking for. So I ordered it on a Sunday, and it got to my house in California (USA), the following Thursday (so 4 days). I installed it that night and this thing is PERFECT. I could not be happier. Even though they are in Germany (so a long way away from me) I will be ordering again from these guys for sure. And their CS was awesome cuz I was having difficulty with my CC because they were "out-of-state".

I recently purchased a sport cat from Cobra.
I needed it asap and they bent over backwards to help me. The item was posted same day on 24hr delivery. I received it last week.
The guy who dealt with me deserves top marks. I'm sorry I forgot your name. I explained about my booking with remap company and he pulled all the strings to get my part delivered.
Perfect fitting. A easy direct replacement for my DS3 Performance.
Fitted sport cat onto original cat back exhaust.
I took for remap. Dyno test read 203bhp. After remap stage 1+ 239.9bhp.
Massive gains thanks to this mod. Sounds amazing. Thanks for the free gifts.

10 years ago I bought a Cobra stainless steel exhaust from Exhausts UK and had them fit it to my Toyota MR2.Last month a small hole appeared in the side plate. I contacted them and they agreed readily to repair or replace it under warranty. I booked it in and they went to every length to sort it out to my satisfaction. I found them very friendly and helpful and cannot fault their customer service. Thank you.

Unfortunately the TIG weld has failed at the Resonator on the Cobra Stainless Steel Exhaust mid section for a 350z
Contacted Cobra and to buy a non Resonator pipe mid section alone is £235.
Don't add value to the car as they are expensive to buy and further outrageous expenses to repair.
I would avoid a car with one fitted.

This is a cobra sport exhaust review as I could not get on their web site.
I was in the market for a sport exhaust for my MX5 and online there are quite a few ranging from £250.00 to £500.00. The cobra being the dearest but sounded the best. Wrong, I had it fitted at a garage but when I got home I noticed one end pipe was down by 12 mm. I got in touch with the garage and they said there was no adjustment at all so I notified Cobra who requested photos which I sent and they said it was fitting problem and that they would contact me by phone. Guess what it never happened and I will now have to pay to have it brought into line which suggest the tail pipes are not level out of the box. Buyer beware all that glitters is not gold very disappointed. Gordon Elliott

The problem as above has now been corrected and unfortunately it was my fault as the Mechanic passed to job to an improver to do and he did not check that it was not right. After speaking to Matthew at Cobra Sport who told me what the problem was I went back to the Mechanic and he apologised for not checking the work done but corrected it immediately and I am now happy with the outcome. Sorry for the inconvenience to Cobra Sport Exhaust but now they have five stars and a good review.
