This product was served to me on a Virgin flight but something didn't seem right so I had it tested it came back as poor 9/100 what is it made of? No real chocolate? I suppose the name collab says it all made out of chemicals via a lab? It's time to test everything you eat as it seems the food industry is having a laugh with people health

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a consistent issue I have experienced with your Coconut Collab product.

As a consumer who cannot consume dairy products, I have relied on your coconut yoghurt as a suitable alternative. However, I have repeatedly encountered discrepancies between the stated quantity on the packaging and the actual amount of yoghurt inside.

Despite the packaging indicating a content of 350g, upon opening the product, I have consistently found that it contains only approximately half of the advertised quantity. To verify this, I have measured the yoghurt, with the latest measurement revealing a mere 232g, significantly less than expected.

This discrepancy is particularly concerning given the premium price of your product. As a result of budget constraints, I can only afford to purchase your yoghurt occasionally, making it all the more frustrating to receive less than the promised quantity.

I wish to highlight that this issue is not isolated to a single purchase. I have encountered the same problem across different stores where I have purchased your product, including our local Tesco Express, Morrisons and a large Tesco.

I am reaching out to you in the hope of receiving clarification on why your product consistently fails to meet the advertised quantity. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to experience such discrepancies, and I believe it is essential for your company to address this issue promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction among your customer base.

I have been buying this dairy free alternative brand on a regular basis for a long time. It isn’t cheap and to be fair most dairy free alternatives aren’t. I recently bought a pack of salted caramel choc pots, which are extremely tiny pots at a cost of £2.75. On opening the first one there was clearly something wrong with it, it looked like it had areas of congealed fat in it, and I tasted a small amount and it was grainy rather than smooth with an unpleasant taste. Three of the four pots were like this. I contacted the company with photographs, two of the pots weren’t even opened as you could clearly see they were the same as the one I had opened and eventually they offered me a voucher. This wasn’t straightforward and I contacted them again and they were clearly aware that there was an issue with printing their vouchers so they said they would post them instead. I have now received them and they sent 5 £1 off vouchers so after the £2.75 cost of the item it seems £2.25 is their gesture for the experience and inconvenience trying to resolve it. It’s good to find out in circumstances such as these how much a customer is valued, I don’t even know what was wrong with them as the explanation they gave about different temperatures during transit clearly isn’t the issue because one out of the four pots was ok.
