I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a consistent issue I have experienced with your Coconut Collab product.
As a consumer who cannot consume dairy products, I have relied on your coconut yoghurt as a suitable alternative. However, I have repeatedly encountered discrepancies between the stated quantity on the packaging and the actual amount of yoghurt inside.
Despite the packaging indicating a content of 350g, upon opening the product, I have consistently found that it contains only approximately half of the advertised quantity. To verify this, I have measured the yoghurt, with the latest measurement revealing a mere 232g, significantly less than expected.
This discrepancy is particularly concerning given the premium price of your product. As a result of budget constraints, I can only afford to purchase your yoghurt occasionally, making it all the more frustrating to receive less than the promised quantity.
I wish to highlight that this issue is not isolated to a single purchase. I have encountered the same problem across different stores where I have purchased your product, including our local Tesco Express, Morrisons and a large Tesco.
I am reaching out to you in the hope of receiving clarification on why your product consistently fails to meet the advertised quantity. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to experience such discrepancies, and I believe it is essential for your company to address this issue promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction among your customer base.
