This morning I logged into my bank account to reconcile my account for the month and realized that on July 24, 2026 one month after the account was paid off in full. Coconut Funding started doing with drawls from my account. I had sent the CEO of Coconut Funding a request on June 26, 2026 for a zero balance letter. I never received a letter only another email stating that I will of $1059.00. At that time I asked for a statement on where he claimed the $1059.00 was owed, I never received the statement until this morning when I sent a cease letter and forwarded a copy of the letter to my bank and the New York State Attorney Generals office Fraud Division. It is still unclear why the additional 1059.00 came from since the account has now been over paid by $6025.00.

Interesting that Coconut Funding is asking for more information with name and phone number. Amazing how they know you when they want your money. I have been a client of Coconut Funding for over 10 years and had a great relationship with Coconut Funding until I asked if they could reduce the fees which appeared to be excessive. At that time things changed drastically. It became unprofessional in the tone and manner of communication. On 06/26/2026, I submitted a payoff for the balance and sent a confirmation of the wire and asked for a zero balance letter. They continue to debit my account and refuses to respond to me via phone calls, emails or text messages any further. This is not how two businesses do business after over ten years and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

Extemely bad company. They said I got approved.. completed all the paperwork. Then they said they'll charge my account 950 after 2 weeks once I receive funding. But they never funded me. I called, emailed and nothing. I will file a dispute with my bank. I will contact all the people who had a bad experience to do a joint case against the company. Scanners... need to be shut down.

Terrible experience! This company withdrew 30% of the small loan I was getting before sending a loan dispersement. These folks are predatory, and have not returned our money yet. Do not use coconut Funding or Coconut lending. Customer service is awful, you won’t receive your money unless you file a law suit against them like we are doing now.

Coconut has funded me a few times when needed. Response time is timely and the process was easy. Jack and his team will work with you to ensure the best customer experience.

TOTAL SCAM! half of the reviews are fake! They threatened me that if I didn't leave a good review, they would file a UCC lien on my business and put derogatory marks on my business lending profile so no one would give me a loan! I made the mistake of sending them a voided check and ID because I thought we had reached a deal. That was a lie. They never did the funding call and instead they charged my account $1500 without my authorization. I am in the process of fighting with the bank. These crooks said if the bank does reverse the charge, they will put a UCC lien on my account and I will have to pay an attorney to fight to remove it. Do not trust these thieves!

Worst thieves scammers they took money out of my account for no reason never got a deal I was just miss lead and other MCA company’s say they are that worst company out here they do catch and bait they lead you in you will get a deal and funded and they will first withdraw your account and then blow you off and hang up on you and do not return phone calls or emails

This company charged me for funding when I never got funding and actually promised me funding and then said wait they can’t a bunch of clever scammers

STAY AWAY! This company is a complete scam. Spread the word and put them under once and for all.

This company is an absolute scam. We had used coconut funding in the past and they did secure us a loan. This time they had supposedly secured ore funding, which never came through. They pulled 950.00 out of our bank account claiming it was the fees for the loan. They never had the authorization to pull money at all. And now they are refusing to return the funds after telling us the ach refund process was already started. Will be reporting through the proper channels and doing what we have to. This company is a joke stay away

At Coconut Eden and Jason have excellent customer services, hopefully throughout application. Friendly and respectful.

These people are an absolute FRAUD!! It seems they are forcing others to leave good reviews. RUN PEOPLE RUN!! the great deal they gave me would have ran my business into the ground. Im glad I didnt accept it. But now I have to watch my bank account scared they will try and take money from me even tho I didnt sign. AGAIN, RUN RUN RUN

These people at Coco Financing are incredibly rude and provide terrible service. Thank God I didn't close the deal with them. They are overly meticulous and don't know how to treat customers. Awful customer service.
