International Bag Purchase
I was looking to procure a very hard to find bag that appeared on their website. I was able to get in touch with their team, get pictures and additional information about the bag. I live outside the UK, so I was extremely nervous about ordering, but the process was smooth, with a friendly staff! They also packaged it beautifully, you could tell it was sent with care! The best part, it arrived much earlier than I expected for an international package! The bag is exactly as described! Thank you Cocoon team for a wonderful shopping experience!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
• I could effectively cancel my membership from 16th February onward.
• I went to cancel it and received a note asking if I wanted to cancel the subscription. If you do then you have to send a sepaarte email.
• I did exactly as requested and emailed them on 24th February; Therefore, my membership was cancelled from that date.
• They sent me a note saying sorry to see you go.
• However they didnt cancel it. They are now charging for ore money. The customer service is appaling and only good if you want to hire a bag.
• I do not see how they can charge me, when I sent clear instructions to cacel it. They are dishonest, only want your money and poor poor customer service.

Amazing bag and even better people!
I am really happy I found the cocoon club, their membership and the bags available are fab, they have classic and unique pieces. With my deluxe membership I get access to pieces I’ve wanted for ages and get to try them out before I buy them! Also don’t lack on their resales because omg.

Im a deluxe direct swap member. The bag selection is great ive had a number of top tier bags and always get the ones Im wanting, all in very good condition.
I now really want to buy the bags I'm using! The staff are super nice and really helpful. Im now looking forward to seeing what new bags come in and which ones I can get my hands on

Great bags, love the club !
I joined Cocoon last year to get a bag for my friends wedding and have been a member ever since. I now use mostly for everyday/work, my fave is the Gucci denim tote. Changing bags monthly has been great to try different styles/designers :)
Waiting on Jil Sander bags to be added to the site pleeeease (bamboo handle ones or big moon totes!)

Fraudulently restarted my cancelled subscription
Deserve 0 stars!!! Just googled reviews to see if anyone else had had their account debited fraudulently and lo and behold I'm not alone!! Cancelled my subscription in 2021 and fortunately noticed that a recurring monthly payment had been set up at 05.40am on the 29th December 2024 too!! This is fraud! Bank have been notified and I'll will file a police report in the morning!!
