I really wanted to love this mascara and lash builder but it felt dry and made my eyes itch and water. Was told by customer services that it must be a caused by a different cosmetic that I was wearing as it couldn’t possibly be there’s! No refund given. I will be returning to my trusty mascara marketed for older people!

I have been waiting since the 11 November for my delivery to arrive, over 2 weeks. Have made contact with the company but they have provided very little information apart from goods have been despatched, delays with Royal Mail and hopefully will arrive soon. I have made contact with Royal Mail and they are not aware of any delays. Is this company a scam?

I ordered the lid lift duo concealers and a mascara.... the mascara box arrived with the cellophane wrapping almost off and the cardboard end looked tattered, as if this had already been opened... I see they offer returns for their products if you dont like them, which I find somewhat alarming - isn't this against health and hygiene practice??
Anyway I took a photo of the box and emailed it to the company querying this - absolutely no response from them, so I think I have my answer.
They only seem to respond when you have something positive to say about their products
As for the lid lift concealer.... well, TBH it hasn't given me the spectacular results that others seem to have had
I wanted to support a small UK business, but will probably continue to use Rumi

**UPDATE regarding response from the company below - I have the email I sent to them in my outbox which has not been returned, ( or replied to) and it is the correct address, so I don't like the inference that I'm a liar

I love the lipliner. The colour great and it stays put for ages, but sadly I am going to have to stop using it. The design to twist the lid to sharpen it is so tight I have to ask someone to do it for me which isnt always convenient. I wish it was like the usual turn to extend system as, the present design is not only difficult, it also wastes the lipstick.
I did email but was told to try the blush in a pot but it isn't what I need.

So I’ve lost count the amount of times I fallen foul to those instagram makeup videos that sell cosmetics that promise so much and feel let down and out of pocket….. this time, I’m pleasantly surprised. Having been disappointed by my mascara, I decide to give the duo a try. I hate clumpy looking spider leg lashes so I admit I was dubious about using the no false lash primer but surprisingly it build my lashes without clumping. I followed with the brown mascara and I was amazed by the results. I did find I still needed to use my lash curler to give me a wider eye finish, but it’s lasted all day without smudging, even on my lower lashes, which I usually don’t wear mascara on as I always get panda eyes.
I’ll definitely be looking to purchase again and may look to purchase other products too.

I really like the ethos behind this small brand and their products are fantastic quality. When two colours of the eye products didn't suit me, the customer service was fantastically helpful.

I’d never put mascara on without it now

Hi I have been using your lash builder and mascara for about a year. I have always previously liked the result. My most recent purchase I have only just opened as my previous one lasted well. There is hardly any product on the brush with both the beige coloured lash builder and the black mascara. I have had to reuse my benefit mascara. I am just so disappointed. You seem to have cut back in the tube, though I obviously cannot see in. Please respond as you earliest opportunity.

I have now used 2 Code Beautiful products, the LLE and the FFL, both are sooooo good I’ve just ordered the Natural Brow Definer. I have been that pleased with your products that, after showing a pic of my eyebrows to my daughter, she purchased the Forever Fake Lashes. So well done CB, keep up the good work.

Previously I ordered NBD (natural Brow Definer) in 02 Brown, but felt it was slightly too heavy. Now received 03 Bronze and even though it looks dark, it is a much better tone for my fair skin. Thank you.

Now on my 2nd bottle of brow definer. Love the stuff!!

If I could give 10 stars I would , the quality of the products is bang on, I at 54 have tried everything from cheap to expensive concealers that have all ended up sweating off due to me constantly being on fire with the menopause & yet the one I bought from these girls is top notch & feels like velvet which is the only way to describe it & not matter how on fire I am it stays put 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻,, highly highly recommend to anyone over 40 or going thru the MP.

Love there products the mascara is wonderful brings your eyelashes up so good have had a few of them now would not use anything else would fully recommend to family and friends.

I have all but one of the Code Beautiful products and I love them! My most recent purchase is Code NBD Natural Brow Definer - which I bought in brown. It’s a lovely product which is easy to control and darkens and visually fills out my natural brows perfectly without making them stiff and looking fake. I’m about to add the final colour of LLD - I have the two lightest (I could go even lighter really) but after uhming and ahhing for a while I’m going to try a little ‘contouring’ with the darkest colour (I’ve never tried this before but the videos have encouraged me to have a go!)

Expensive disappointment. My eye lashes looked no different from mascara I normally use. The lash plumper did nothing to enhance lashes.
Another waste of money!

Code beautiful was an advert on Facebook. I never buy from Fb as I have been ripped off a couple of times however the video caught my attention. I checked reviews on Trustpilot and went ahead and ordered. What can I say this is the best mascara I have ever used! 11 years after chemotherapy and feeling ugly i now have great lashes and feel great. Thank you Code beautiful

Best Mascara EVER!
Code Beautiful came through on my Instagram & what made me give it a try was the demo video. Purchased the Code Lash Kit, can honestly say this is the best primer & mascara I have used & I have used lots & very expensive ones! Love the lash separation and the way the primer & mascara coats my lashes, the brushes are superb as some can be quite soft and don’t get hold of your lashes, these brushes do. Sometimes around my eyes can be sensitive this mascara has not agitated them at all. Really very happy! Thank you ladies
