Disappointed
Sent two emails about my order almost 2 weeks ago and also called their help line and no one got back to me at any point. Very poor customer service. Was emailing about dispatch as it was slow and no estimate was given as to dispatch or arrival.
*Update* company did respond and did offer good will gesture. Emails had just went through to spam so we’re not received.

We're really sorry your order didn’t arrive in time for the gift you had planned, and that our reply to your email was slower than it should have been. Your order was dispatched promptly, but delays to Northern Ireland deliveries can sometimes occur due to the courier process. We’ve since been in touch directly to apologise properly and to offer a goodwill gesture. This isn’t the standard of service we want to provide, and your feedback is helping us improve.

A fantastic experience with Coffee…
A fantastic experience with Coffee Cabinet from the first time i contacted them. The support I received was absolutely first class, above and beyond any faceless big chain (like currys or argos). If you're a bit on the fence choosing a small independent company over a high street shop you have nothing to worry about at all. I honestly can't fault a thing about them 😎

Always apprehensive to purchase products from a non ‘mainstream’ supplier but my first experience with this company has been great. A great quality machine, that makes outstanding coffee, perfect way to brighten up my morning feeling ☕️
