Great Company to deal with.

I was given wonderful personal service when attempting to find a replacement lid for my teapot which I hadn’t even bought from Coffeecups. I now have a lid which I couldn’t find anywhere else and 2 more are on their way.

Coffee cups customer service is good and efficient.
1 star for delivery service. Sadly, the delivery service, Evri, was disappointing. The parcel was left outside the house on top of my plant, which I was not happy about.
Someone was at home, but the delivery driver did not knock on the door or leave the parcel in the unlocked potch.
I hope coffee cups can address this issue, as delivery partners also reflect on the company's reputation. Customers should be able to rely on a safe and considerate delivery service.

My comments are that your service is excellent and I pleased that I have found a supplier that sells single items of Churchill china. It is a shame that you cannot buy it in the shops - not in York anyway. Very glad that you are there. Maybe Churchill could put a link on their website listing stockists where you can buy single items.

Such a great variety, I found exactly what I needed to replace a broken Churchill coffee cup in our set, and thanks to the really clear way they have of describing volume I was able to find the exact match (after accidentally ordering ones that were too small from somewhere else). Not cheap, and the prices without VAT are easy to get confused by, but they make up for it with their great selection and excellent packaging.
