My first Fix & Flip transaction. 100% Financing! I was not only the buyer in a joint venture with a partner, but I also acted as the Private Money Broker on the loan. The experience was great. Kyra was there from start until finish to answer all questions. Ashlee was spot on as the processor. It went through Underwriting very smoothly. Closed in 2 weeks. Overall great experience!

None of what is written is true from my experience. Their process is worst than any bank or hard money lender that I have ever dealt with. They required 2 months bank statements. 2 years tax forms, copies of property deeds for all properties that you own. closing papers for all properties that you have sold. If you own rental property, the leases must be included. All income forms. W2, 401K, investment savings statements. for the purchase property they require an inspection by their own bogus company which you pay for up front. You also have to provide all of your contractors information including their insurance. You must purchase construction insurance. Whew after all of that , they still didnt do a closing. Also, you fiancial statements would have to show that you have enough accumulated funds to pay back any loan money they provided. Imagine doing all of that and they still didnt close. credit score 800! They make a lot of money charging you an application and inspection fees up front then denying your loan.

Slow.... I started in October. Just got funded. Now I can not access my funds. Never again!!!

I have been working with Cogo for about a year and primarily with David Coleman as my loan analyst. He has been a wealth of knowledge answering my questions and concerns. Like any company there is too for improvement in "their process" but the people I have worked with are very helpful, starting with David. Thank you!

Cogo Capital presented themselves as a reliable partner for real estate investors, promising comprehensive support, including assistance in reselling properties to their network of investors. However, after engaging with their services, it became evident that these are all lies.
I invested $25,000 to $30,000 with this company to coach and fund my investment
With the promise that if I cannot sell these properties they have investors that will buy back the properties from me,
It’s all lies , they did nothing to help me
I ended up loosing the property and was sold at foreclosure and now they are going to put me in collections and garnish my little salary

OMG , really the worst lender, I’m a real estate agent and I have a client with this “company”
They never answer the emails or calls, then I called costumer service, they give me other phone number to call and still no answer , I don’t know if we are going to close on time. Because I don’t know what is happening , it’s a nightmare , please run from this scam, OMG

Awesome to work with!!! I have been working with loan analysist Christopher Mason with Cogo as both a broker and as a borrower. I have found him to exceptionally responsive - he answers my calls, he finds me the answers, etc. And in all cases he is straightforward in all he says. Cogo is lucky to have him.

We purchased March 1st, 2024 at $775k, plus rehab loan of $66k and closed escrow October 3rd for $1,195,000.
Not bad for first flip! Thanks to everything I learned in Lee Arnold’s inner circle and Broker class . Also to the amazing support of Cogo’s team Bill and Earnest and Lakecity Servicing’s Andrea and Jennifer. We also had worked with Ginger Vick in the beginning until we found and locked in this property! I wish her luck on the ministry side.

The customer service is best with Sergio, but after that I have to patient, because the communication does not flow consistently.
For example I submitted a second dispute on an appraisal for 4216 E Michigan St In 46201,
For 3 weeks even with request for update I still am waiting.
I also find your underwriting to be very inconsistent and indecisive.
They will send you 5 stipulations to fix after you fix those 5 they are asking for another set of stipulations.

I have worked with COGO Capital for about two years now. My overall experience with them has been excellent. I am very satisfied with everything they have helped me accomplish. I have had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Rowe and Robert Homewood. They always go above and beyond working hard and diligently to make sure the process is smooth and rapid. Which is very important when working with rehab loans.

Working with Cogo, especially with Kyra and Ernest has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. We have done multiple loans working with them and I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced the level of customer service they provide to clients.
