Cogs Toys and Games Opiniones

Ordered online for next day delivery. Never arrived . Turns out one of the products was not in stock which held up dispatch but never contacted me. Rang and emailed all the numbers and email addresses. No response from anyone to date. Really poor customer service. Wanted and was in time for next day delivery as it was my nieces birthday. Surprisingly poor service. Choose them to support irish companies. Won't be using them again.

Lots of different choices. Click and collect worked well

Queued with kids for pokemon yesterday. At Stephen’s green. Staff were seriously great. Especially female who came out to q numerous times to update us and entertained and engaged with the kids. Gave my kids some free pokemon cards. They really go above and beyond. Great staff

Hi i would like to reccommend this company. They are a small Irish compsny who sell a large selection beautiful high quality age appropriate competetively priced toys and games. The web site is very colourful and informative. I recntly had dealings with their customer service team and the ecperience was excellent. An efficient team who couldnt have been more helpful.

Ordering through the online shop was very smmoth and efficient - shipped quickly, goods as described and well packed - highly recommend!!

Excellent service and speedy delivery when purchasing online. Wonderful variety of toys and easy to find in age appropriate categories. They’re lovely to deal with in store too. Very helpful.

Bought a great value pool online for collection in store. It was ready almost immediately for collection.

Unfortunately it tore at the seam after a couple of uses. I got in touch with the company and sent photos and they instantly offered to refund me.

Very efficient and trustworthy company with excellent customer service.

Absolutely love this shop, never disappointed with the products or delivery. But I have to say they have outdone themselves with deliver today. Highly recommend them.
