investors must be carefull because you have coinfactory.app and coinfactory.com
They are 2 unrelated entites
this was confirmed by coinfactory.app support team
DO YOUR DD BEFORE USING.....
I have created an coin almost a week now and i cant create an liquidity pool and continue my process i have sent emails to support team but never got an answer back or any help since days now and have spent over 0.6 Sol
All the information is given up front, and the prices for each option. I had an issue during the process, but they have live help staff, and solved the problem very quickly. I've completed this process with a different vendor, and I can honestly say that Coinfactory was by far the easiest to use.
Because of Coin Factory, I learned how to be a trader after all of these years. I had to mathematically study and understand the liquidity and its exact effects when money and coins are added and removed. This principle applies also to the stock market, and pretty well anything else you trade!
I wanted to use your app but I was told you are scam how do you prove this wrong to other users out or people wanting to use the app in future?

Hi there,
Thank you for your review.
We understand that trust is critical, especially in the web3 space.

Important note: Please always double-check the URL before confirming any transaction. There are scam websites imitating our platform to trick users and steal funds. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team — we’re always here to help.

Hi Tommaso Matteuzzi,
We’re sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the Solana Liquidity Remover tool.
Please note that in order for us to investigate and assist you properly, we need more details — such as the transaction hash or wallet address involved. In many cases, what appears to be a failed transaction is actually a network-related delay or a misconfigured liquidity pool.
We take all user reports seriously and want to help resolve this for you. Please reach out to us at support@coinfactory.app or through our Telegram group, and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Sincerely,
CoinFactory Team

Based on the content of this review — and the reviewer’s activity across other platforms — we have strong reasons to believe this comment was written by a CEO of our competitor, not a real user of our service. There is no evidence of an actual attempt to use our platform as intended, and no support ticket or transaction details were ever submitted for resolution.
We’ve submitted a formal report to Trustpilot regarding this account, as well as the associated Smithii Tools account, for violation of review guidelines.
We remain committed to transparency, quality, and fair competition. If you are a genuine user and need support, we’re happy to assist — please contact us at support@coinfactory.app.
