The customer support doesn’t respond back to emails , live chat, or fb. I been trying to get ahold of a live person for 2 days about my referral bonus that has not even showed up in my account like it says it will. My friend used my link and verified and bought 15 in coins. And I can’t get any help at all with getting my bonus. What is up with them not responding.

SCAMMMMMMMM!!! I have been trying to redeem my coins several time to cash, and it keeps asking for a verification email and nowhere in sight is the verification email. Customer service is a joke. They have a BOT that answers and never gets back to you. Keeps telling you to clear data and browser try a different browser. Well let me tell you I've tried all those things and no on will respond or help. This has got to be the biggest scam. I know they read these reviews so if you read this then fix your site for email verification Please fix my account so i can get the verification email!!
