SCAM: they keep charging you after you cancel

I canceled the subscription, had the receipts in my inbox, they charged me for another bottle, sent it, and would not give me a refund unless I paid to ship the product back. This is by design, it's a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

We take claims regarding continued billing after cancellation seriously. However, based on the information provided in your review, we are unable to verify when the cancellation request was submitted, when it was processed, or the timing of the renewal order relative to the cancellation request.

We would like to clarify that if a renewal order has already been processed and shipped before a cancellation request is received or completed, it may no longer be possible to stop that shipment. In such cases, return options are handled in accordance with our published policies.

We also respectfully disagree with the characterization that this is a scam or that the process is designed to generate unwanted charges. Colasential operates with clearly disclosed subscription terms, and our support team works to assist customers with cancellations, returns, and account-related questions.

What other consumers are posting about…

What other consumers are posting about the unwanted subscription and how hard they make it to stop the automatic charges is true, I didn’t subscribe, request cancellation I got and email confirmation they had cancelled “my subscription “ but they kept changing my account I needed to ask my bank for help this company sent many beautiful emails that are just a way to delay a solution in order to keep their deceiving way to conduct business, avoid the problem buy other products!

Would not recommend this at all - FALSE ADVERTISING and then when I want to CANCEL after they AUTO SHIPPED (which I was not aware of) they were NOT CLIENT FOCUSED AND "GOT ME" FOR THE AUTO SHIP. TOTAL SCAM AND MAKES ME WONDER IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE LEGIT. BUY BEWARE AND LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THEY CERTAINLY TELL A STORY OF A PRODUCT/COMPANY YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY FROM.

We would like to clarify that subscription options are not applied without customer selection. Both one-time purchase and subscription purchase options are presented during checkout, and the selected option is shown before the order is completed, as well as in the confirmation and reminder communications sent afterward.

We also want to clarify that automatic renewal shipments are part of the selected subscription plan and are intended to provide uninterrupted delivery for customers who wish to continue using the product. Reminder emails are sent prior to renewal and include cancellation instructions.

While we understand your frustration, statements describing the company as a “scam” or suggesting the products are not legitimate do not accurately reflect our business practices or manufacturing standards.

We appreciate all customer feedback and continuously work to improve the customer experience and communication clarity.

If I could give -0 I would this company…

If I could give -0 I would this company customer service is a scam .. I called and canceled a subscription I did not sign up for when ordering one bottle . They didn’t cancel it as my bank reached out to me and asked me if I authorized a new charge I said no so my bank canceled my card and reissued a new one however the charge went thru and I have been fighting for a refund and getting gas lighted by the company and they have refused to refund me. They also never sent the order they charged me for so they took my money NEVER sent the product and are refusing to refund me . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE .. NEVER SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. They are liars and thieves I filed a complaint thru the FCC AND will now file a complaint thru Wyoming federal trade according to their website. I will never stop bashing this company for their unethical practices and crap products. So BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MORE DRUG STORE SUPPLEMENTS WITH FALSE CLAIMS THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I SINCERELY HOPE THIS REVIEW REACHES THEM AND “DAVE “ IN CUSTOMER SERVICE GET FIRED FOR PLAYING GAMES WITH CUSTOMERS MONEY. HE IS A JOKE OF A HUMAN.

I have been trying to get shipping…

I have been trying to get shipping information from them. Told them if it hasn't shipped I want my order canceled and refunded. The reply i received was my subscription is canceled and I will be charged the additional amount since it was a subscription price. Nowhere did I say to cancel my subscription. I was discussing my order. I have sent several emails to them and no reply. I will be contacting my bank to reverse tge charges and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this

Product does nothing that is beneficial. Customer service is horrible. Would not let me return the product.

Colasetital - The supplement did not work

The supplement did not work; sometimes that happens, and you have wasted your money. To make matters worse, when I canceled my subscription, they backcharged me for the individual price of each bottle. I have never seen such a misleading subscription.
