I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering a Neff microwave oven.
The whole experience is a complete con, Colcup nor Itlogistics exist!
Very professionally done, regular tracking updates, then delivery attempted on two occasions, not true, both dates & times when these were attempted we were home all day, also no evidence on our camera doorbell of any delivery attempts.
Our payment was made to Raisparadise SRL on my credit card statement, probably part of the scam.
No product ever received, ordered 15th November 2025, total scam!
My bank thankfully credited my account, however, I’m writing this review belatedly owing to Raisparadise SRL
again trying to claim £287 for a purchase I’ve never received, the fraud department of my bank are currently dealing with my problem, hopefully our nightmare experience will reach a positive conclusion soon!
However tempting, do NOT have any dealings with Colcup, ItLogistics or Raisparadise, you undoubtedly will live to regret it!!!

Total scam. You won’t be able to get your money back on master card or credit card because of the way the con is set up

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from callcup.com on 28 November 2025. The website appeared to present itself as a UK-based company, however the item was shipped from Europe via the Netherlands using a courier called ITMagus.

After weeks of waiting, tracking eventually showed the parcel reaching my area. On 29 December 2025, the status changed to delivery unsuccessful – recipient not at home. This was incorrect; I was at home all day. The parcel was then marked as held in storage, awaiting instructions.

Attempts to contact ITMagus were unsuccessful — the email address does not work and the phone number cannot be connected. Attempts to contact callcup.com resulted in the same outcome, with no effective customer support available.

Separately, a few days after the purchase, I noticed an unauthorised transaction on the same credit card used for this order. While I cannot confirm any direct link, the timing was concerning and required immediate action with my card provider.

I later found numerous similar reports online describing near-identical experiences.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company and exercising extreme caution before providing payment details.

SCAMMERS, please avoid this site. It’s a rip off. They update delivery instructions regularly, but the item never arrives. It’s impossible to contact Colcup or delivery company as it’s fictional, your money goes into criminals bank accounts. I paid a lot of money for a top range microwave, which I have lost to these scammers.

Happened to us too, ordered a Dyson hoover in November got all the false messages regards delivery status from Itmagus a Romanian outfit who don’t exist had to try claimed back off credit card, these fraudsters need stopping as still trading.

Bought a Neff C67 combination Microwave for £420. Received emails initially. Courier company ITmagus supposedly based in Rotterdam NL has a fictitious address. Tracking updates were ridiculous going to various different distribution centres, ports and towns. Eventually there was an attempted delivery when we were at home. Absolute farce. Checked the website secure certificate - only valid 1 November to 31 January so just for the Christmas season. Tricked by the website design & lower prices......

Do not buy from this company!!
They don't exist and neither does their so called logistics company.
I ordered a camara 21st Nov which has never arrived, have been sent fault tracking details and apparently they've tried two attempts to deliver my goods but I've not allegedly been home when I was here all the time !! Have reported them !!

This company is a scam. I ordered a jet wash for 207.00 which j paid for using my credit card. Like all the other reviews it never came. I waited a month , said twice rescheduled visit. I sat watching for it . It never came. Now they said its on hold.

If I could give a zero or minus review I would. Avoid this company like the plague. They take your money, send e-mails to 'confirm your purchase', then send more e-mails to make you believe your purchase is on the way...then surprise surprise surprise...apparently you weren't there when they tried to deliver (even though you were). No reply communication to any e-mail you send to them, no contact phone number either. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY....100 %SCAMMERS

Absolute joke!! My daughter wanted a
Canon PowerShot SX740 HS Lite 40x Zoom Camera - Black for Christmas, which I ordered from Colcup.com. I ordered it on the 28th Nov and I am still waiting for it.
Obviously, it is not coming reading the other reviews. It was definitely to good to be true as I only paid £260. I should have known then, when the cheapest one online is £479.
I have also stupidly been tracking the parcel, watching it go all over the world. It is now apparently in Glasgow.
They are robbing b******s and I have now contacted my bank and police.
Hopefully, they get caught for ripping everyone off. I’ve now had to buy the same camera for £589 🤦🏼‍♀️ just hoping it gets here for Christmas 🤞

Scam website – avoid

Colcup.com is a scam. I ordered a vacuum cleaner and it never arrived. They provided fake tracking updates via itmagus logistics to make it look like the order was moving, but no delivery was ever made.

Customer service was quick to respond to order issues and but soon stopped responding when i chased up orders. Luckily I only got my money back by filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

Like others I fell for it stupidly as there were no reviews when I ordered, so I’m leaving this to warn others. Do not buy from this website.

Quite sure it is a scam. I have ordered the item from the website on 20th of November.I got the tracking number from a logistics company called Itmagus. The tracking information has been updated every day. However, I have never received the item until 19th of December. I have tried to call and send Email to cop up.com and Itmagus, but the email address and phone number can not be found. I have asked my bank to dispute the payment, but still waiting for the money back. Avoid this website.

I would give zero if it allowed. ColCup is a scam. Ordered an oven. Following silly tracking from Itmagus since 17 November 25. Still not arrived. Never answered an email or phone call. Do not buy.

FOR ANYONE RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY, CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY INFORM THEM OF YOUR CONCERNS AND ASK FOR A RECHARGE (VISA). HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET YOU A FULL REFUND

Bought tumble dryer and washing machine 20th November.
Tracking info completely stupid - day by day update, but items never arrive. Reported to police now, as I really hope that they remove the website to stop other people buying from them.
Please could everyone else who has been scammed by this website do the same and report them.

BEWARE!This company is a complete scam, as the other reviewers testify. They send false notifications from a fictitious logistics company which plays for time by conning you that the goods are in transit, but it never arrives. They are only give a valid email address but do not reply whwn you complain. We are reporting them for fraud.

ColCup is a fake website which employs a fake Dutch logistics company named iTmagus Logisitics to provide you with fake tracking updates for weeks to appear legitimate.

The transaction appeared on my bank statement as going to a Romanian individual account.

I checked TrustPilot before purchasing and there were no negative reviews so I believe this must be a new scam.

SCAMMERS. This is a scam company and quite a clever one at that! The website looks very plausible. The deal was good, but not "too good to be true" so I fell for it. Bought a vaccuum cleaner. Received the tracking info from ITMAGUS.com. The product took a month to travel from the netherlands and now the tracking says "pending recipient instructions". Its all nonsense. Complete scam.
