I purchased the Ultra Barrel Light directly from the company 4 months ago and have been using it every morning. I love love love this product. It was so easy to set up and the quality is outstanding. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I will be purchasing a second one for a family member for sure!

I’m not one to write reviews. I’ve just endured seven weeks of frustration and damage after purchasing Coldture’s $8,000 Pro Cold Plunge for my business. While the design is sleek and minimal, it conceals all tubing and piping, which led to a major leak during the initial fill—before the tub was ever turned on. Over 40 gallons of water flooded my facility, seeping beneath walls and into adjacent massage rooms, completely ruining my beautiful wood floors. My husband spent 6.5 hours cleaning water from the floors, mats, and equipment.

We later discovered a broken pipe and reached out to Coldture. While they agreed to send a replacement part, it took three weeks of empty promises and constant follow-ups before it actually shipped. In that time, my business lost significant revenue—the cold plunge was unusable, and multiple rooms had to be closed for repairs. Despite having ample time, Coldture failed to source a technician to install the part and ultimately asked me to find one—which I did in one day.

Once installed, we tested the plunge again—only to find it leaking a second time. At that point, we had lost all confidence. The process of coordinating pickup and a refund was yet another ordeal that required me to follow up repeatedly.

Throughout this nightmare, I only communicated with one team member, who was apologetic, but the original salesperson who sold me the unit never followed up—not even once. No one from leadership reached out to offer support, compensation, or even a sincere apology.

As a business owner, I go above and beyond to resolve even minor issues for my clients. Unfortunately, I did not receive that same care, concern, or professionalism from Coldture. Between the damage, financial losses, and the exhausting customer service experience, I cannot recommend this company—especially if you’re in the U.S. and relying on responsive support.

We absolutely love our Coldture tub. We’ve had it for over a year and it and it gets used almost daily. Anytime we have had any problems, which isn’t often, the staff is quick to respond and assist In rectifying the problem or just answering questions. We would definitely recommend this company!!!!

I was at Toronto home show and the staff were very pushy when trying to make me buy an extremely overpriced cold plunge, as someone who specializes in customer service this is not how you should be handling recovery products

Did a ton of research on cold tubs as there is a lot out there and it can be overwhelming. Ended up going with coldture as based on the awesome reviews and speaking with a few people who had units themselves. Super happy with my purchase, process was very easy and it’s everything I expected plus more. My body feels absolutely incredible since I bought it and 100% recommend anyone who’s looking for a plunge to go with Coldture. You won’t be disappointed

I got a great deal on this plunge at the home show. Lee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and provided some additional insight.

He put a lot of time into making sure the delivery went smoothly.The delivery was tricky due to the nature of my house but they got it in and it was super easy for me to set up.

I had my first plunge last night and I am certain that I make the right decision to buy the tub. I highly recommend this company and product.

Do not buy from this company! The cold plunge is over priced and they have no support when it comes to servicing, I am shocked after spending a large amount of money and to have no guarantee they can just turn a blind eye to all issues!

Loving my coldture chiller! Every morning I go for a dip at 47F for 2 min. I feel invigorated, awake and happy. No better way to start the day! I had a minor issue with my chiller and the support team is A+. Problem solved so I didn’t have to miss a day in my tub. Thank you team Coldture🙏

Josh reached out and contacted me by text message, wasn’t pushy, answered all the questions I had on the products and pricing, and was kind enough to throw in a couple extras when it looked like one of the higher priced plunges would suit my size better. He emailed a cart with all the items I was interested in directly to me. After I made the purchase, I needed to make an adjustment and he responded immediately, even though it was late in the evening, that he would take care of it for me. Will update the review after products are received, but just based on customer service and ordering experience, I am very impressed and would highly recommend.
