Cole Birmingham 

I ordered a womens knitted hooded cardigan which looked very smart. However I received a cropped fleece line hoodie. The garment was absolute rubbish, seams unfinished and really really badly made. It was so awful, I believe even market stalls would refuse to put it on sale.
For my mistake in choosing this company, I received
a refund of £6.00 for my £32.00 cardigan, as I didn't want to pay £30.00 postage for return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

WHAT A SCAM I RETURNED ALL THE CLOTHES AS THEY WERE HORRENDOUS/CHEAP AND NASTY AT COST MYSELF £147.00 LATER TO RETURN DUE TO TAXES ETC

Utter shower of pure scum, but I refused to let it go & got a full refund.
I sent items back cost £15 with DPD took months & them saying i got what I ordered.
I had photos, emails & receipt sent them all to the card company & today they confirmed my refund.

Sadly, also a victim of this rip off merchant! Poor quality, not all the items received. Clearly items not from the luxury retailer Cole of Birmingham as advertised and clearly doesn’t exist.

Interested to understand who has been successful with a refund or dispute card payment from bank. Mastercard have been dreadful on this. Merchant are cheeky enough, to dispute the dispute. Email addresses for return keep changing etc…

This company is apparently also known as Styl Vault Limited which is the name they use to debit funds.

Disgusted with these scammers !!! . They come across all sweet and innocent when you tell them their products are not even wearable being such low quality!
All very apologetic but no intention on paying you a refund ! PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF

This is a scam pure and simple.

I bought a jacket in a sale, which when it arrived was extremely poor quality, made of plastic, when advertised as leather.

When i contacted customer service they stated that any returns would have to be returned to China and that it would cost me €30! I offered to bring it back to Birmingham, but of course they aren't really in Birmingham.....

Although the customer service (bot or person, who knows) was perfectly polite it was also implacably opposed to any suggestion of a refund.

The information on their website and social media advertising suggests the company is based in Birmingham, which cannot be further from the truth. Chinese supplier disguising itself as a legitimate UK business, clothes are sent from China and have no relation to what is advertised, very badly made, with no labeling suggesting they are made for anyone in the world. Took 8 emails to get the return address, which is in China, so you have to pay the horrendous postage cost. The offers made to get replacements (if I pay for the delivery) and then a discount if I keep the items, suggest that the items are of low value to them. I have not yet received the refund and will add info as appropriate,

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! This website looks completely legitimate do not be fooled. The products are of the most inferior quality you could possibly imagine do not purchase from Cole Birmingham under any circumstances you will be totally disappointed. My partner purchased two coats at the cost of £140. They made of plastic not much better than bin bag material Avoid avoid avoid this is a scam.

Scammers from China, sent wrong item in wrong size and now want me to pay £30 to return it.

Scammers from China. Purchase receipt states Hong Kong. The deception of being a reputable shop in Birmingham since 1999 with a closing down sale, a shop owned by Emma Cole...wow!! Chinese and Indian scammers are upping their game. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers from China. Same group who have been setting up the same scam - closing down sale, cheap goods and then they send crap from China. You then have to pay for returns to china (for which you never get refunded anyway).

Scam Chinese company masquerading as a Birmingham clothes business run by Emma Cole that’s in the process of closing down. Returns must be made to China at buyer’s expense. Fraudster is operating through Facebook so caveat emptor
