I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered.
The dress took ages to arrive it was way too big compared to my usual size needed.
I tried to return it. The have been very difficult and advise they don’t offer free returns and I have to pay postage to China. They want me to take a credit, they simply won’t refund me for the I unsuitable product that they sent me. Be warned. Don’t fall for this scam.unfortunately, I fell for it.

Appalling. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The dress took too long to arrive for an event I'd bought it for, and was too small for me. I'm a size 14 and I'd ordered an XL. It turns out that they're based in China which is not explicit on the ad. I asked for a refund. They said that they don't give refunds and directed me to a returns policy which again was not explicit on the ad. I reminded them of consumer law and so they promised to refund me, but only if I returned it at my own expense. That was £25 so I refused. They then promised to refund me half (£25). They still haven't refunded me and are now ghosting me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Utter scammer of a company
Website says UK and took over 30 days to arrive missing the event it was due for.
That being said the quality is that bad a Chinese swear shop would not even accept responsibility for it.
Customer service waste of time and most likely not UK based
Utterly disgraceful quality and sizing.

THIS CHINA BASE COMPANY IS A SCAM WITH CHEAP AND VVVVV LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PICTURES ON THEIR WEBSITE. TO ADD SALT TO INJURY THE CUSTOMER IS REQUIRED TO PAY FOR RETURNS TO CHINA. ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE DONE BY EMAIL ONLY.

Item didn't fit and was nothing like the picture. Iv had every alternative option given to me except refund even though I said I'm willing to pay postage to China as stated in returns policy. Iv left numerous emails asking for shipment details and now I'm having to send emails of complaints to them as I'm just being ignored. Disgraceful after care. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Do not use! Completely miss sold. Item of clothing was nothing like the photo completely different material. Returns are to China address and at the cost of the customer.

Ok, my mistake - I didn't Trustpilot before I ordered from a Facebook advert. So I've ended up with a dress that doesn't look like the advert, that doesn't fit and isn't made of nice material. I also discover I have to post it back to China (at my expense) for a refund. Personally, I won't be buying from them again.
