Cole Haan UK Opiniones

Great service as always. This is my second order in a few years, which says a lot about how long these shoes last — and I’m on my feet all day! They’re the smartest yet comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned and have become my go-to pair for work. I no longer need to switch between trainers and shoes for the commute, as these strike the perfect balance between style and comfort. Excellent quality product from start to finish.

Super quick delivery, prompt efficient response from customer services - great shoes!

Delivery came early and the shoes are fantastic. So comfortable. Definitely will be buying some more.

Have wore the trainers once, indoor and the have creases on the top of them. I have tried to contact Cole Hann customer services and haven't had any response. Not a great first experience

Bought Mens Chelsea Boots! When it was delivered. It looks very cheap and low quality. I bought it for like £160's from 195 but the price isnt match with the quality...

The shoe I bought is comfortable and sturdy. Quality is great too

As always Cole haan leather conditioner is fantastic. The finish it give to all leather goods is brilliant. Even my wife's handbag . Full marks Cole haan

Superb shoes. I’m mildly obsessed with cole haan shoes. Great look and superb quality! I love them. I’ve got circa 10 pairs now!!

Ordered a pair of shoes online, received them within the next day. Great comfy shoes, my 3 rd purchase.

Purchased a pair of Woman's GrandPro Topspin trainers with the Tortoishell trim. Excellent speedy delivery and they are absolutely fabulous. Wore them for the first time today. Fit like a glove, soft buttery leather and cushioned sole means they are so comfortable. Love the fact the laces aren't too long either. Very smart and classy. Highly recommend.

Good quality and the style

It’s been a month since I placed an order on line. I enjoy the product and have loads of shoes. Product pricy but is solid. I have no issues w/ the product itself.
Customer service and delivery is awful.
First time I ever ordered online in UK. I send chaser where my delivery. Royal Mail doesn’t indicate any status at all. I will not buy online directly again. Still waiting for refund despite handful of chaser. I don’t have habit of writing bad reviews. This is probably my first out of frustration. No follow up from customer service at all! Very disappointed!

Most comfortable shoes ever.
I orderd the same soft walking shoes again. It feels like walking on the cloud. Love it. I could give 💯 yes for comfort and quality.❤️

I am absolutely delighted with my new Cole Haan shoes. They look fantastic and are so comfortable. The delivery was extremely prompt too, arriving within 48 hours of purchase. It is the first time I've bought from Cole Haan, but it certainly won't be the last.

Great service, shoes were dispatched quickly.
The shoes are amazing, been looking g at getting another pair of Cole hann shoes for a while, so glad I did, so comfortable, genuinely like walking on air.

I’ve bought several pairs of Cole Haan shoes in recent weeks and have been extremely impressed. The shoes were dispatched and arrived extremely quickly, were well packed and communications from the company were faultless.

The shoes themselves fit well, are extremely comfortable and of very high quality.

Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent service and responsive to email same day. I do think that the items are slightly overpriced.
Delivery was quick and great that you use Royal Mail as they always keep you well informed of delivery schedules.
Website easy to use and ordering process is simple. Disappointing that you don’t offer exchange on your items
The boots I ordered were too big for me and wide at the ankle so have have returned. they appeared good quality but quite heavy which I did not expect.

I've ordered the new Grand ambitions Angelica Pumps and was really disappointed as the size didnt' match. I have actually gone for 7.5 and they were still too small.
I have had to return them but kept the Grand Pro Max platform trainers size 7 which fit perfectly.

The shoes which i order they are so comfortable and looks good ,nice materials and etc.
