One of the best features is that my address and contact details are only shared with someone scanning my pet’s QR code if I’ve marked my pet as missing. This gives me complete control over my personal information while still ensuring my dog can be reunited with me quickly if needed.

Our dog’s microchip is currently registered to our old home address that we’ve just moved from, so having the flexibility to update the address whenever necessary simply by logging into my account is a real lifesaver. It provides extra peace of mind and makes managing my pet’s safety so much easier.
