Beautiful property with an outstanding service! Communication was great and everything was made stress free. Highly recommend if you’re ever looking for a home away from home.
This is my second time staying at a Collard Property and have to say how attentive and responsive they are. The homes are very clean and well equipped. We felt right at home and they provided chocolates, soaps and rolled towels, which were in abundance - that was really thoughtful. Lewis was quick to respond to any questions I had within minutes. Their properties are strategically located so we were able to explore the area whilst maintaining our privacy. It’s a really good company!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Collard Property Airb&b in Canterbury, it was a top notch flat in a top notch location, if you are looking for an Airb&b stay in Canterbury, look no further, clean & morden flat right on the high street of Canterbury, services were excellent and prompt too, highly recommend.

Ho soggiornato in una delle strutture ricettive gestita da Collard Property il 16-17 ago 2025, venduta su Booking col nome di: “Charming & Spacious City Centre House - Perfect for Family & Contractor - Sleeps 8”.
L'appartamento non è assolutamente di 150 metri quadri, è molto più piccolo e si trova in una zona molto desolata lontana dal centro storico, molto vecchio e sporco, non corrisponde assolutamente alla descrizione, la struttura si sviluppa su 2 piani, al piano terra c'è una cucina, un piccolissimo bagno (fatiscente) e un grande salone, al piano superiore ci sono 2 stanze da letto matrimoniali e una con 2 letti singoli, la nostra esperienza è stata terribile, la casa era piena di insetti e ragni, c'era molta polvere e la moquette era macchiata.
Abbiamo usufruito del self check in, dopo essere entrati nell'appartamento abbiamo subito contattato l'host il quale ha mandato le cameriere a ripulire l'appartamento ma purtroppo gli insetti e i ragni sono rimasti.
Sconsiglio assolutamente di soggiornare in questo appartamento e soprattutto di avere rapporti con questa azienda!

We have hosted hundreds of guests before and after your stay with consistently high ratings and no reports of the issues you’ve described.
The size of the property is clearly listed as 1,570 square feet, which is accurate and visible before booking. You also knew the exact location prior to reserving, and the listing makes clear it is ideal for families and contractors.
Upon receiving your message after self check-in, we immediately sent professional cleaners to ensure everything met your expectations. They reported that the property was already in very good condition and did not note any insects or spiders. You later raised that issue only after check-out, which may have been due to leaving a window open — something we cannot control.
You also submitted a false claim to Booking.com, which was fully investigated and rejected as the evidence did not support your allegations.
We feel it’s important to mention that you requested to cancel the booking before check-in, but as the reservation was under a non-refundable policy, it couldn’t be cancelled without charge. It appears that this review — along with the claim — is part of an attempt to obtain a refund for a change of plans, not a genuine issue with the property.
We take guest feedback seriously, but we also take pride in being honest, responsive, and transparent. Our track record speaks for itself.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Collard Property Air b&b, and I must say, I am extremely happy with my experience.
