Amazing quality and my dog adores it!
The bed is absolutely gorgeous and my dog adores it! She pretty much lives in it. If you ever need to transition your dog off the sofa and onto a dog bed, get one of the cave beds as it works wonders!!

Great Collar, Weak Leash
The collar looks amazing, and we love the engraving.
We liked the lead a lot, but the handle unfortunately snapped the first week we had it when our dog ran to the end of it while playing on her walk.
Overall, we’d totally buy another collar here in a heartbeat (also love that they ship to the U.S.), but the leash didn’t hold up at all.

The cave bed is amazing
The actual cave bed is amazing, my two dogs love it 🥰 I can fit in it with them. The fabric is soft but hard wearing and the covers are all removable for washing. Well worth the money.
The delivery company however was absolutely terrible. 3 failed “attempts” to deliver, one where they took a picture of the house next door, another one they just drove past and the third “delivery delayed”. I stood in the garden for the fourth attempt with both dogs for over an hour so as I didn’t miss them. The parcel was battered and torn but the bed was intact. Please consider an alternative delivery group other than DX

Second collar from collared creatures
Second collar from collared creatures. They are extremely well made and quite distinctive. Got the bow tie to match this time. Last one still wearable but we wanted a new one - so old one can be used on wet / muddy days.

Unfortunately my new bed that arrived had the new zip hood to it. I had it down 3 days and the zip bust. But Collard creatures are replacing it with a new one.

Very disapointing customer service and collar sizing
I have emailed them 3 times now, with no response. The collar I received was the correct size for my dog, but because she was at the smaller end of the size ratio the material was 'doubled up' so far that it makes the collar too big and bulky around her neck. The next size down would have been too small for her. They have completely ignored my comments and chosen to do nothing - which is really poor customer service.

Good Afternoon, Alison. I'm really sorry to hear the collar wasn't right for you. I have just checked and you sent an email to us on Sat 15th February explaining the problem and we responded on Monday 17th saying that if you pop the collar back to us we will alter the collar to fit your pooch.
I will also contact you by phone now. Sorry that you have not received our response but we will get this sorted for you.
