Collection4clothes Opiniones

I ve used collection 4 clothes a few times now and have always been happy with the service. From their reply to my emails, usually within a day or two, to the door to door service of picking up my donations. Having a door to door service makes it very convenient, instead of finding a charity shop that might or might not take your donations. They now take certain bric n brac which is great for my household.

I am happy my good used clothing went to such a worthy cause. The collection was well managed- no fuss just picked up outside my door. I will definitely recommend them.

Very quick response to query about booking slot for collection. They also give a reminder where you can change your slot if it’s not convenient.

Great collection as arranged and good communication too

Messaged that I'd got 10-15 bags and rang me within an hour to arrangecpuck up. Messaged me again to check that the collection date was still fine. Quick and quiet collection on the day arranged. Will use again.

It’s been my first time using this company for giving my clothes / shoes to charity. I requested a slot for 9 bags of clothes / shoes to be collected after a clear out. They emailed me back within the hour with a date / time for collection ( between 6am-2pm) which was 3 days away.
Communication was brilliant! I’m super impressed. The only negative I will say is I was told I would be contacted 30 minutes prior to the delivery driver coming, this did not happen. It didn’t cause me an issue as I was in between the time slot given, but the heads up would have been nice.
However, overall I’m super impressed with the service and I will 10000% be using again when another clearout is needed!

After sorting through clothes that were new or nearly new I wanted to donate to a charity close to my heart & this one was perfect. After enquiring I was messaged back within a short space of time . Communication is top notch . Thank you for quick collection.

I called to see if collection4clothes would collect from my doorstep

They were very good and collected within few days

Nice to see there are companies out there to support others

Thank you

Tara

Thx A Million For Your Kind Friendly Prompt Very Effective Service 💘

This is the second time we have used this service . They are very reliable and it's great to have things picked up and raise money for good causes . I will hopefully have another clear out soon . It helps to take action clear out wise when there is such a good service you can use x

Emailed them on Monday and they collected on Thursday. Such a quick and easy service and great for people who work and don't always get the time to visit a drop off box.

After a big sort out we had eleven bin bags full of clothes in perfect condition & many brand new. Our local charity shop isn’t taking any donations right now so after googling we came across Collection4clothes, selected our chosen charity and received an email back an hour after requesting collection with a slot for 2 days later. The driver was lovely and polite and we got to donate all our clothes that were taking up room and not being used to a great cause. Highly recommend if you’re having a huge clear out and are looking to donate.

What an easy way to donate. Simple online form and a prompt response. Flexible collection and picked up early in the day as arranged. Could not be easier.

When I contacted the service they respond quickly and organised a pickup date and time immediately. The day of collection the gentleman arrived within the arranged time, he was respectful and polite and engaged well whilst communicating. I would definitely recommend this organisation to friends and family

The company is exalant and really good service

Fabulous service thank you

All my local charity shops were full so gave these a try , great communication super easy to arrange collection picked up as requested , can not fault them at all

Collection4clothes were very quick to respond to my query a collection date was offered within a week on a Saturday. I couldn't do that date so collection4clothes arranged by email for the very next Saturday. They helpfully advised to leave clothes books etc outside near road in bags and to send clear instructions where this was. They collect between 6 am and 2pm Saturdays. . This was really helpful. I had rang 10 charity shops to get a collection but no shops have collections now.
Very impressed with collection4clothes. Its very professional efficeint and quick. Saturday I checked and everything had been collected.
Thankyou Collection4clothes.
