Collected on the day that I specified and they left a thankyou card which I thought was such a lovely touch. Will definitely use there service again.

No one came to collect twice!
I have now booked a collection twice. Got everything ready, carried the bags outside, twice! I checked that it was still going ahead, replied to their email confirming address as soon as I saw it, unfortunately I do have other things going on and don't check my email every few minutes, I rang at 4pm in the afternoon to verify that someone was still picking the bags up and was told that they would be. No one came to collect on either occasion. They seem very badly organised!

Thank you for taking the time to write the above review of your experience, I have checked the facts on this and believe the 2nd attempt to collect failed as the driver contacted the office and asked to get confirmation from yourself that the bags were ready as he could pass by whilst on a route, the team emailed yourself at 11.40am and did not hear back from you for an hour+, in that time the driver had already driven passed your home location, hence the non collection.
The first time the collection did not take place as there were not enough addresses in your locality to warrant sending out a van as we try to be environmentally friendly and aware of our emissions impact.
We are sorry you feel we have let you down whilst we try to deliver a convenient and eco friendly service.
Great service
Enquired about collection and was booked within 5 minutes! Collected early on the day and left a thank you note with my chosen charity. Will definitely use Collection4clothes again.

Great service. Kept me updated at all times. Rearranged collection promptly when the weather stopped them from collecting on the first date arranged. Lovely staff. Would totally recommend them.

Great communications stress free
No issues really easy to organise and great communication , I left the bigs on the door and was collected nice and early in the morning.
Made life easier than trying to load the car up and take to the nearest charity shop during opening times.

Great service would highly recommend
The process was very easy to book and arrange a collection. They communicated with me well to ensure I was happy with the pick up date.
Would definitely recommend using them again, the thank you card also was a lovely touch of appreciation.

Very reliable company
Van arrived first thing in the morning on day I was told. Two friendly guys took all the clothing bags out my garage and left.
Good service. Hopefully everything went to charity, and I will definitely use this company again.
