You think they’re doing good.. they just can’t be bothered
I wouldn’t bother because we did a they didn’t bother to collect.
The reason I am so very annoyed is we left it out on the day that was stated for collection, which was dry all day and it was left at the end of the drive so they could just drive by and pick up. Sadly as they didn’t, it was left out and it rained all night.
We have now had to bin it all as they are now soaked due to having holes in the bags!
Absolutely bloody useless!!

Helpful and convenient service
They came on the day they had agreed to come. Even though it was late in the evening and there was bad weather that day, they still came to pick up the clothes I had for them.
It is a helpful and convenient service.
Also, the person who picked up the items was polite.
