Avoid - unreliable and rude customer service
They did not collect on the specified day and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and patronising. Awful experience. I'll be giving my donations to another company.

Good Afternoon Rachel,
We are very sorry to hear you feel this way, however we would like to apologise for the non collection, if you can please email us on info@collection4clothes.co.uk and we can look into this and establish where the process fell down.
On your comment regarding our customer service advisor, our team are always happy to help and support all queries, over the last week or so, we have had problems with our phone lines, where callers cannot hear us clearly, our advisor was just making sure the response was being heard, this is an ongoing issue we are dealing with BT services and hope to resolve it soon.
But again if you felt this way, we apologise.
The collection was very easy to book
The collection was very easy to book. I actually asked if they could collect on a certain day which they did.
I told them how many bags I had and it was no problem, they collected them all.

Super easy and very good communication.
After submitting a form online, they came back to me the same day asking for date availability. Once confirmed a day or two prior they contacted me again just to ensure it was still ok to collect.
I left my three bags outside the doors step and they collected on the day when they stated. Really easy service and very reliable. Really polite on contact as well. Thanks guys
