Entered a comp and won, I thought was amazing. No parcel. 25 emails later and nothing closer to a resounded answer

Today I received a letter from an insolvency firm to say that collector comps is now in their hands.
So noone will be getting any of their prizes and doubtful get ticket money back.

Same as previous reviews. Been waiting over 6 months for £800+ of winning prizes. Multiple emails sent to (admin at collectorconps.co.uk) and the usual reply of “Well get it sorted” last couple emails sent in the last few weeks have been ignored completely. “Rob the Robber” had this guy “Andy” reply to me about 6months ago with a different email (resolutions at collectorcomps.co.uk). Emails to that now are just replied “I am not currently in work”. Luckily I had only spent little and most of the prizes I had won were instant win prizes. Which is probably why there’s a high chance I’m not receiving my winnings because they’ve lost out.
Would stay well back from a cheating/robbing prick like this!!

Similar to everyone else, have won multiple prizes worth hundreds of pounds and waiting for prizes since sept 2024. I have emailed daily and messaged on Facebook. I received a reply on fb messager saying “Rob will look into this”, i have heard nothing. Now i see collector comps is off of facebook and instagram. The website is empty from any future prizes. You can check companies house, it is still an “active” company. Rob Gent/Duffett , you best give the people there prizes or karma will come your way im sure.

Won a few prizes and received them but they were very slow to come. Now though I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a pack, no reply’s to messages or emails. They have now deleted everything on their Facebook and instagram

To be honest had problems a few months ago and they fulfilled my order but still owed a few things and just went on the site as I’m due site credit, and there are no competitions on there at all now, guess I won’t be getting what I’m owed, definitely a scam, I even had a prize delivered with a Waterstones price sticker on it, absolute joke, was really good at the start but will be starting legal action

I found the owner of this company listed through LinkedIn for a company that has now dissolved. He has been listed on a scam page through social media and has now hidden his personal profile. He has tried to claim, that they never set out to scam anyone, it seems at the beginning maybe that wasn't the intention. But after speaking with others and reading reviews here, noone has received a prize for a very long time yet have still been able to spend their money on tickets. He has been making money for nothing for a very long time now.
He has replied to my email very concerned trying to claim innocence and advising his business has struggled and will be dissolved. But this is not listed anywhere on the website nor on social media, instead he has been regularly posting trying to promote selling more tickets
LOWLIFE SCAMMER tried to keep it going as long as he could and has now removed competitions after realising he now has his picture all over social media

won multiple instant wins, got NO email reply except ONCE trying to reassure me that oh the competition just ended and not to worry. they then havent replied to the 3-4 EMAILS sent multiple weeks

PURE SCAM, all the reviews agree, threatened legal action and they have gone silent.

Still no prize and not bothered replying to emails. I suppose better than them pretending to care. Small claims court beckons. Look at the negative reviews and draw your own conclusions before deciding to use this company or not.

Now outstanding multiple main prize wins and a few smaller instants. I’d agreed with the resolution department that the items be delivered within 6 months. We are now past that 6 month timeframe and well over a week since the last reply. When I emailed part way through the 6 months to see if there was an update, I was met with quite a negative response ridiculing the fact I’d enquired about the whereabouts of my wins before the 6 months was up. It appears my enquiry was justified seeing as the agreement has been breached. I have been very patient and hopefully receive some form of answer.

Unfortunately it seams to have devolved into a SCAM, prizes were always aa bit slow and well out of the '10 days' quoted in their own T&C's and like others here I did eventually receive some prizes through to start of last year.

Since start of 2024 nothing, sporadic comm's at best when called out on Facebook, and things dispatched honest every week.

I also notice mass 'ticket' being sold at comp run out time to the same 2 accounts every time to win the main prizes so I assume a cashflow issue.

Would open some sort of legal / compliant / gambling ombudsman but difficult to understand who governs online lottery's so a few £100 lost it would seam!

As always if its to good to be true....

I am writing this so as hopefully other people won’t get conned.

I have taken collector comps to small claims now as they refuse to send prizes out.

If you google my name you will see I am listed several times as a competition winner, I have not received any prizes after nine months and countless broken promises by Robert Gent.

Do not use this company, they are scamming people.

Won a competition back in May 2024, prize is always coming but never gets here. They ignore e-mails for weeks at a time. They introduced a resolver team who did absolutely nothing but are still running competitions an absolute disgrace of a business

Won an instant win prize in September 2024, but I have never heard anything from them.
Sent various emails to them, I never received a response.
Happy to take your money but clearly don't even have the prizes to give out.

Rob...You need to either give people their money back or send the prizes that you claim to have.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM! AVOID.

Do not waste your time with this site. It used to be alright with timely responses but still prizes were going out.

Now it's nothing, 0 communication with customers. Happy to take money with no prizes being given.

I do not recommend this site and if you have used it and not received your prize. Leave comments and make your lack of prizes known! (They will delete your comments)

I won two booster boxes back in September 2024, I've have sent several emails, left a comment on Facebook and even messaged them on Facebook and I still haven't received any communication back since the 8th January when they said they will contact me back tomorrow. It's now the 26th January and still nothing. How can I win a launch competition when the items are now 4 months since the release. So tired of chasing items I have won rightfully. I get its a small operation but if they can't meet the demand of what they are offering to people who have won then they shouldn't be adding more and more competitions.
