This website is run by a really great dude. He's always on top of things, and I've personally never had a problem, but if I did, I'm sure he would resolve it instantly.

I placed an order and fat figured my email address. I reached out for correction and the owner reached out to make sure I got my shipping confirmations (shipping was fast btw). He answered a few unrelated questions as well. I ended up cancelling an order I had with the California company and going with CollectorZown who got me the item in 4 days at a lower price. They will be one of the first places I check going forward.

Everything went smooth and the response was VERY fast. The only thing I would improve is the packaging. Although, the package arrived undamaged, I feel like I got lucky :D Maybe an option to double-box the package at the checkout?

As soon as I placed my order I received an email thanking me for my purchase and stating my item would be shipped the following day, which it was. I was impressed with their reasonable prices and prompt replies to any questions I had via email. Will buy from them again!
