I placed an order that USPS never…
I placed an order that USPS never delivered. I emailed customer service and they were on top of it. They resent my order with no problems. I ordered a sweatshirt for my sister as a Christmas present and I can't wait to give it to her! I will be shopping with this company again!

Nice Quality, well-made
The order for a hooded sweatshirt was delivered in a timely manner as promised, I would only suggest they would expand their return policy from seven days to thirty days as our purchase is a Christmas gift and will not be opened for a few weeks beyond our purchase date. If, by some chance, the size we purchased is too small, it would be nice if they accepted an exchange for a larger size.

Thanks for your review! Our default policy is seven days, but we know Christmas time is a little different and we would much rather you order early than wait until the last minute. So please don't hesitate to reach out after Christmas if the size doesn't work and our team will take care of you!
