Trash Business
Please believe everything thing these people who got scammed by this vagabond are saying. I'm just grateful that he didn't get me for as much money as some of them are claiming. These people are terrible. Full of lies. And if you came here before you made a purchase, DON'T DO IT. If you did after you made your purchase, SORRY. We all need to start doing our research on every organization that sends BS ads selling a trash course before investing in them.
Horrible service
Horrible service, I was first told to make payment and the only way to make payment was through bank transfer, I should of thought about this being a little weird. The guy on the call was actually great and was very accommodating. The process then started where the consultant was very good but then stopped replying and leading to a failed process.
I don't know how a business runs without having a payment system. I truly feel they do bank transfer to make it harder to dispute.
Collins Ecom literally stole my money
Collins Ecom literally stole my money. They charged me $2250 over 30 days ago and claim they did not recieve my payment. This is a lie and they know this. They are telling me they switched payment processors and my payment is stuck with the old processor. Again, a lie because I paid with ACH bank withdrawal. Now they tell me it is my responsibility to file a dispute to get my money back. YOU CANNOT DISPUTE and ACH payment. The worst part is that owner Collins has never responded to a message. I can see why they are rated so low. Only one star reviews and nothing good.
Collins Ecomm Is A Misleading Program, Intimidation After Dispute
I joined Collins Ecom's dropshipping “Partnership Program” in December 2024 after being told 80% of students were earning $10K/month and that I would receive full support until I made my investment back. I paid over $4,000 (including financing), spent over $1,000 more on ads, and made just 3 total sales.
I was later told by one of their own consultants that the business model doesn't actually work unless you spend a lot more on ads — and that nearly none of the students succeed. Also that their don't actually care about partnership and that they only care about the upsell to continue in the program 6 months later. My consultant eventually stopped replying, and I was marked "inactive" in their system, even though I was on daily calls and private chats.
I submitted a refund request that was ignored. Then I received multiple aggressive emails threatening lawsuits and credit damage and demanding I pay them directly outside of Klarna using a private link. Klarna denied my dispute, despite me submitting a full paper trail.
I've now submitted formal complaints to the FTC and AG. I’m also sharing this to help others avoid this program. I’m not the only student in this situation.
