A good company that has gone down the drain
Consistent decline in the level of service. If I could give negative stars I would give them a -6 star. The pre-flight PCR test result came in 3 hours before departure - even though I had done the test 56 hours before departure. Literally was at Heathrow airport arranging payment for the next flight and trying to get a Rapid PCR test when it came in.
Now am sitting at home waiting for my day 2 test to release and results not in. Did the test on Sat 11:00 am . It’s now Sunday 16:00
Can't even go grocery shopping - waiting for this rubbish company to send my results. No response from Customer service. They give wrong information and some one needs to take them to task for the financial loss they cause customers.
Update : 21:43 no test results in . Still in isolation
Poor service
We had tests at the drive though centre at Manchester Airport last evening. My husband had his results two hours ago and I am still waiting for mine. He has tried to make contact on three occasions but is still waiting for any signs of life in the company. It cannot be the premier testing company as they claim. My husband had a bleeding nose from an over vigorous check for Covid.
AVOID
DREADFUL. They overbook, overcharge, tests results don't come on time and they don't answer emails or their chat. Which MP does the CEO know?

I would like to give a special mention to Nicoleta Z at LHR. I had to do a last-minute rapid PCR and as the confirmation email had not come through I was worried the result would also not arrive and they closed at 7pm. She gave me her personal email just in case! Amazing service. Thank you!
Very nice people but very bad payment
So the sir who was welcoming the people at the testing center was very very kind and made good mood to everyone. Also the guy who made the test was super nice. What is very bad that you can pay only by credit card. At least paypal and specially cash. Please dear collinson group, make more payment methods so people don’t get in trouble.
Bad customer service
My previous review on their flawed system and bad customer service somehow seems has been deleted.
Here again I’m struggling to get the refund as never take the test, customer support is done through emails by different persons, no single thread, lots of asking and answered. Waste time.
Not Recommended
I received a false positive result, and was forced to isolate! Time and money wasted!
Useless.
Useless. Just opened my fit to fly test for my flight tomorrow and they haven't included all the bits I need. So have to pay for another IF I can find one. This may cost me my flight and has certainly cost me my last night of holiday. AVOID.

Fast day 5 test to release results
I had my day 2 & 8 Amber arrivals tests and day 5 test to release done here (at St Pancras station). As stated on the website for a test to release if you get tested before 12pm you get the results the same day. And I indeed received my result around 8.30pm the same day!
Avoid!!!
Terrible service. Do not use this service even if it is recommended by EasyJet. We turned up for our tests on time, and we’re informed on several occasions whilst there that our test results would be available within 48 hours. They did not arrive on time. Meaning we had to pay for further tests by another company. Collinsion nearly cost us to miss our flight. EVENTUALLY the results arrived 5 DAYS LATER, which was utterly pointless. Customer service is also bad. They did acknowledge that they did not deliver our results on time but did not offer a refund. Simply that they were sorry and if we wanted to book another test then we could using the link in the email. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I would say -5 stars for worst service ever, they make people loose their hard earned purchased tickets money by delaying their test results. They misguide people
With their advertising of with 24-48 hours test results. Oii collinson what does that 24-48 hours mean? People please Stay away from this collinson crooks
They seem very professional to me but…
They seem very professional to me but unfortunately I do not give five stars for offering a discount that does not exist, it is not true that the discount offered through easy jet is applied, when I got to the payment page I entered the discount code in the corresponding place, When I saw that on the next page they did not discount anything, then I repeated The transaction but this time on the computer in case it was to access through my mobile and again nothing, when I entered the discount code the page said that it is likely that I had I had to enter the code again on the payment page, I thought that maybe the option was given at the end on the payment page, so I continued and neither, I made the payment and there was no discount of any kind, and of course I I made sure to enter the code in the corresponding section on both the computer and the mobile correctly, making sure it was correct and there was no discount, on the easy jet page in collaboration with collinson are advertising the pcr test when acquiring my flight ticket with the consequent discount, of course it is totally misleading advertising.
Absolute waste of time
Absolute waste of time, money and energy. These were recommended by easyJet on their phone app so naturally trusted them to provide a service, how mistaken I was. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS UN-HELPFUL AND ABOMINAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE Chatbots are inadequate they ask you the same questions even after you have answered them, eventually you will get a human that then turns into a Chatbot who ignores your last 20 questions and answers so you start again, they then answer other calls while talking to you and say they will be back shortly sometimes 20 minuites or more. You get fed up of waiting so you go away. If your persistent and tenacious you can persevere after a,week I got a reply asking for payment but that was just the start of another nightmare.
They sent me 3 reminder emails leading up to my video test call reminding me that they would be calling me at 19.00 BST. After waiting 2 hours on line for the call that never came I sent lots of messages to the bots who answered me by saying someone would call me soon.
No call ever came, I paid for a test but the video call never came, I missed my flight and had to pay for another test but missed my flight.
No apology, no email, no contact what so ever from them. They had my money and once they have that your none existent as I have proved here. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM, WORST COMPANY AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
