We paid COLOMA S.R.L. more than €100,000 for Formula 1 hospitality tickets. Including contractual penalties and additional losses, our total claim now exceeds €170,000.

According to our records, the agreed tickets were never delivered, despite repeated requests for delivery or reimbursement.

We possess extensive supporting evidence, including:

- Invoices
- Bank transfer confirmations
- Payment records
- WhatsApp conversations
- Email correspondence
- Penalty agreements
- Police report
- Additional documentation

We respectfully request that this platform reviews this business account and determines whether it complies with its Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Secondo i nostri registri, i biglietti concordati non sono mai stati consegnati, nonostante le ripetute richieste di consegna o rimborso.

Thank you for your response.

We strongly dispute your statement.

In our case, substantial payments were made to COLOMA S.R.L., including an initial order that was paid in full and additional payments for subsequent orders. These payments were received by your company. Despite this, the Formula 1 tickets we purchased were never delivered also first order with 100% full payment!

The 25% contractual penalty was already addressed in your own invoices and communications. (all evidence available) This does not change the fact that the tickets we paid for were not supplied, nothing and you move away...

Since publishing our review, We have been contacted by other individuals claiming to have experienced similar problems with COLOMA S.R.L. (Coloma.it, ColomaStore.com)
We now verify every case, but I encourage anyone with a similar experience to come forward.

We have reported our own case to the relevant authorities also police etc and have retained invoices, payment confirmations, contracts, and correspondence as evidence. We prepared to present this evidence through the appropriate legal channels.
