I haven't received my exchange products and now the customer service is ignoring my emails and won't send my products I paid over £123 for. There is no phone number. The phone number listed on instagram for colorescience uk is actually for Wigmore Medical not colorescience uk. Totally unprofessional and disgusting service!!!! All emails are ignored, customer service is nonexistent. If you have any issues you'll be out of pocket with frustration and waste of time! Beware!!!!
Sent me the wrong product they ask me to pay for tracked return cost, are you a joke?
If you didn’t send the wrong product I didn’t have to stress about any of this.
I will never shop from you again , highly unprofessional and none existing customer service. Doesn’t matter how many contact form you fill in, no one will ever get back to you. It’s a scam company, avoid avoid
Customer service is awful. Ordered a few items (I’ve been ordering here for years) to a new address as I’ve just moved. Courier delivered item no proof it’s at my address and it was not signed for. Colorescience is stating it’s been delivered even though there is no evidence and I’m £140 in debt!
Noone is answering regarding my order! It was returned to Colorescience by DHL! Order on 155£,and no money,no answer!!!

No one is responding to my request for an exchange of 3 flex sunscreens. It sounds easy to do on their webpage. I have used this product for 5 years. I didn’t realise it had customer service issues I am shocked I might have to turn to Dr V instead. Such a shame.
Terrible customer service. Been a customer for years now. First time I had an issue and nobody is answering my emails. Products are good quality but customer service needs some investments.
Not very helpful or considerate. Requested a tiny sample and was refused point blank. No compromise or genuine sincerity or compassion in the response.
Sadly bad experience. Items are expiring soon. Delivery was delayed and no support from customer service. They simply don’t reply to email or online form. Don’t use!
I purchased Even Up Clinical Pigment Perfector With SPF as well as Sunforgettable® Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF that I use regularly. They had the Black Friday sale on and my decision to add the Pigment Perfector was because they were giving away Total Protection Face Shield Matte SPF 50 which I wanted to try. Since their products aren't on the very affordable side I was excited about the promises they made on their website.
I received Sheer Matte instead of Shield Matte and wrote to them to ask to correct the mistake. They replied without any apology and said that it wasn't a mistake. They ran out of Sheer Matte and sent SPF 30 instead as FREE GIFT. I'm a regular customer and spent £88.50 to be eligible to receive that gift. Instead of reaching to me and explaining the situation or sending a kind e-mail to apologies I have been made to feel like a freeloader.
After I made them apologies for their mistake I'm offered to return the Even Up if it is unopened as if that would not be they are obliged to do in normal circumstances but given to me as an act of kindness from them.
This review is in respect of service provided by the UK distributor. The Colorescience product is highly recommend.
I love the Colorescience brand. The product is great. Feels so light on skin and my preferred sunscreen for face and body.
The customer service of the UK distributor (Wigmore Medical Limited) needs serious improvement.
I received an out of date product (sunscreen) and reported it to customer service immediately on the day if delivery (in fact within a few minutes of delivery).Four days later I received an initial reply requesting more information. I already provided a photo of the expired product. I provided more photos. I was then told that they could not have possibly shipped an expired product as they have good controls around products.
The take away from that response is clearly that they were implying that I was trying to defraud them. I was horrified that my integrity was questioned.
Every company has controls and its not uncommon for controls to fail or mistakes to happen.
The customer service representative clearly felt that on the occasion rather than to accept that their controls did not prevent an out of date product to be shipped, it was more appropriate to question a loyal customer’s integrity.
Go ahead, buy the products as it is really great, but be aware that if you have an issue with the product (bought from the UK distributor) you are unlikely to have it resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner.
I personally will look to source my product directly from the US in the future to avoid the terrible UK customer service.
