They were very helpful in arranging collection of the wrong planks and delivery of the new. No hassle, no problems, just prompt, efficient and professional service. My new flooring is now installed and looks great!

Bathroom project
I'm re-doing my bathroom and have had the Corka tiles open in a tab for months - I know that this is exactly what I'm going for.

I ordered a range of samples, and they came quickly, and the customer service was excellent. The tiles feel great, and will be a way to keep my bathroom warm. They look easy to install as well.

I'll be placing my order soon - can't wait!

Ordered an item 28th September, estimated delivery was stated as 2 weeks given that it is cut to specification order. Fine thats acceptable. After weeks of NO communication I emailed to chase the order (17th October 2025). In response I received a generic apologetic response informing me that one of the products was unavailable and I could wait until the end of November. There was no recognition nor indeed a valid reason provided as to why no one had bothered to communicate since the date of the order, yet the lack of product availability should have been known for weeks, unless they pushed back a small order in importance?.
Despite the generic apologetic words, the tone of the email was indifference given the lack of acknowledgement of the unjustifiable delay in communicating. the response when I challenged about the lack of communication was equally unacceptable.
Why did I have to proactively email, they are the supplier selling items they don't possess.
They clearly just assumed I'd quietly wait and just accept the delay.
There was no interest in a customer inconvenience, just a rude company, happy to bank the money for weeks and weeks with a total lack of communication or interest in the customer relationship.
I would definitely avoid this company, but sadly the options are limited for this product and my client really wants it.
I will no longer offer this company as an option to future clients moving forward.

Who knows yet when the order will arrive, but I at least know how to sincerely apologize to my customer.

After a second try, my samples turned up a couple of days after I contacted them.

The service from your office was excellent. However, there wasn't enough information on the website about the product I was interested in, rubber flooring. I was disappointed from the samples that it had a PU skin (not environmental) rather than being solid coloured rubber. It was also too thin for what I need for my kitchen floor.

Real people talk to you about your order and delivery. Helpful and friendly.

Second time I ordered vinyl from the colour flooring company. This time delivery took longer, but there was really effort put in to try and find out what was (not) happening.

Finally put down now, what a relief and it looks good and 'calm'.
