I am typically an art supply snob and have a hard time with paint by number kits but I decided to take a chance on Colourmost as their kits just looked beautiful. Unfortunately my order didn’t make it and I was forced to reach out to customer service with very little hope of seeing the items. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality customer service. Colourmost reached out to USPS for me and tried to locate my order and they checked in with me every few days to see if it arrived. When it didn’t, they reshipped my order and I’m now partway through one of them. As for the kits themselves, the images are high quality as are the paints. Even the brushes were nice! The paint pots are little individual ones with easy to open caps so the paint doesn’t dry out and you don’t kill your fingers struggling to open the old school style paint pots. All the way around satisfied customer and will be ordering again!

I can’t say enough about this company. Their customer service is over the top. I had some issues and they fixed them quickly and professionally even had a friendly smile to their voice. This is my first pay by numbers. It’s so fun and insanely relaxing, which is a big task for someone like me the painters great I did get more brushes you can never have enough also the designs are really nice thank you, most for making my first paint my numbers, my best to paint my numbers!

ColourMost has been sooooo incredible to me! Helps me pass the time instead of becoming nervous. The company is always helpful when I need them!

I ordered several pictures over the course of several weeks last spring and just recently opened the pkgs to give as gifts. One picture came without paint. I contacted ColourMost and they helped me figure out that the picture missing the paint was not their company. They were willing to go the extra mile to sort out my order. They were courteous, prompt and helpful. The other company is a mystery as there is no company name and no title to the painting- only a number code. In the future I’ll be ordering from ColourMost!

This is my first paint by number and I am very pleased with the quality. The canvas is nice and heavy so you get a feel of luxury from the very beginning. The paints are thick, beautiful, and colorful. I did have an issue with one of my paint colors and customer service sent me the replacement immediately so I could finish my project.

My experience is based solely on the customer service (as I haven’t started the paintings yet).
My order was delivered, but left outside my house as no one was home. It consequently disappeared. It was only when I was sent a link to review the order that I realised I should have received it. I followed it up with ColourMost who sent me links to the delivery company website. I tracked the parcel and there was a photo of my front door with a parcel propped up against it in full view. I sent several messages to the delivery company but had no response. ColourMost told me not to worry, that they would send me a replacement. They were as good as their word.

My order was delayed, when I reached out to customer service they were very quick to find out where my package was. We found out it was mailed to the wrong city and state, do to my own mistake. It was being returned to sender. I called thr post office to try to intervene or pick it up, but they had no information on where it was. Customer service sent me a completely free of charge replacement, I just got it today. I can not wait to get started! Thank you! I will order again!

So some of the paint paints weren't enough for the picture and I contacted them and they sent me a whole new set of paints to make sure that the picture was done correctly. Great communication and response. Beautiful painting.

Horrible. The product I got looks nothing like the website depicts. The colors are completely off and too dark. Not the pastels like in the website photo. Absolute AI scam.

I received a kit as a gift and found that there wasn’t enough paint for some of the spaces, and too much paint for others. I had to buy additional paint to supplement, which is disappointing.

This company has been quick to respond to all my inquiries and is even sending me a couple replacement paint cups for my artwork. I have enjoyed painting by number- I picked a rather complex piece so it’s taken me almost a year to complete it, but even still, Colourmost has demonstrated excellent customer service.

I love the number painting. It is easy to follow. The Customer Service is great. I can't wait to finish my first painting, so I can try another design.

Shipping was surprisingly fast. I got my PBN kit here in Wichita Falls, TX in about two weeks after placing my order.

I ordered the wood-framed canvas and I'm glad I did because it made the whole painting process so much easier, and of course, it's ready to hang once done.

The acrylic paints were of high quality. Amount-wise, there was enough to finish the whole painting, and to even apply a second coat, if that's your style.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my Colourmost PBN. I wish I could post a photo of the one I just finished--it was so pretty I even got compliments from my artist friend. I will definitely purchase more kits from Colourmost in the future.

I have purchased many paint by numbers in the past, and ColourMost is by far the best! I had emailed about a shipping issue, and they responded promptly with resolution to the concern. Additionally, I find the quality of the paint by number to be the best, most enjoyable experience. I highly recommend!

I purchased this for myself at Christmas this past year. At first, I was a little worried about the product quality because I saw that it came from out of the US. I honestly expected it to take a month or two to arrive. Not only did it arrive in just a few weeks, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. This is not just a color by number on a board, this is a legit stretched canvas with actual hanging hardware. And while it is stretched on particleboard, I appreciate that it’s actually stretched canvas and not pasted on a piece of cardboard. The paints come in individual pots with numbered sticker labels and the quality of the brushes were not what I expected. I am very glad that I purchased this for myself, and will probably be purchasing more in the future. If you’re thinking about buying this, I highly encourage you to. You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered from them on Nov. 27 so I would have it by Christmas. It is now Dec. 27 and I still don’t have it. I have asked several times where exactly it is and receive some vague response as to its location. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Disappointing… I bought the kit for my 18-year-old daughter who was extremely excited when she opened it up, but as she started painting, the red numbers on the canvas kept showing through the light-colored paint no matter how much she layered it on. They will not take a return for a canvas that has been partially painted, even though it is defective. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
