Comfee 

I bought 2 portable air conditioners from them last summer and 1 already died on me! A portable AC is supposed to last 5-10 years. It died about 13-14 months after purchase which is CONVENIENTLY 1-2 months past the 1-year warranty. The AC has a manufacturing problem/internal problem that I was told to not try to fix as it may make the appliance unstable. Meaning it was not a user error but instead something on their end, yet nothing can be done......

I was told by customer service when I reached out that it should not be a concern and they will attempt to process a refund only to be ghosted for 2 weeks until I reached back out and got told that they can do nothing about it.

Mind you, I paid $400 EACH for these only to have to replace one with a unit that is cheaper and significantly more effective at cooling my apartment!

I cannot stress enough I would not recommend them due to their customer service and quality.

These seem to be fake companies. The old adage of it it seems to good to be true it is! Received an order note and then tried to get in touch regarding the delivery. Never replied. Eventually after 6 emails, I received an email from Oussama but it seemed generic saying that they had issues with their website! I reported it to my bank but all I wanted was what I ordered!

il prodotto che ho acqustato si è guastato subito, il centro assistenza contattato al 3 di febbraio 2025 non ha mandato ancora oggi 20 febbraio 2025 nessuno per la riparazione.
il giorno 12 febbraio mi hanno scritto che i pezzi erano in arrivo poi non si sono più sentiti a tutt'oggi 20 febbraio 2025 sono ancora in attesa della riparazione, il centro dove è stato acquistato non ritira il prodotto in quanto già installato.
Sono veramente deluso da questa azzienda

Awful, they are either scammers or unbelievably disorganised to the point they cannot figure out the simple basics of logistics. Communication is nil, and I would hazard a guess that most of the 5* reviews are bot reviews. If you didn't guess, avoid, trust me.

Ordered a double egg chair, was given a despatch email with tracking reference, which didn’t appear to exist when I used it.

I emailed them twice, with no response.

Thankfully I used Amazon Pay to place the order, so I was able to request a refund through Amazon.

Avoid this company at all cost. Ordered a coffee table on 23rd January and still not received it. Contact details for the merchant are pretty much fake. No response to our emails and voicemails which confirms that this company is nothing but scammers. Had to put in a claim through Amazon pay department to get our money back. Please avoid!!!!

This site is a complete SCAM they have took my money but there has been no contact since . I have reported the site and informed Amazon pay . Do not order from here !

Il 27/11/2024 ho acquistato 2 deumidificatori Deghin H2 (cosi c'è scritto sulle istruzioni solo in inglese),
NON funzionano, non deumidificano per niente,
acceso per giorni in ambiente umido (80%), non ho mai svuotato la vaschetta dell'acqua,
che fregatura !!!

Avoid this company. I ordered a coffee table nearly a month ago and it never arrived. After a week or so I emailed asking where the item was and they sent me a tracking number that doesn’t exist. They then never replied to any emails. Total scammers.

I would of given it no stars but can't.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!! ORDERED A DOUBLE EGG CHAIR IN NOVEMBER 24 AND STILL HAVEN'T HAD IT. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY VIA EMAIL AND MESSAGES YET NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A THIEF AND A SCAM!!!

I ordered a double egg chair on 24th January 25, stating 3-5 days delivery, it's now 1st Feb and I still haven't received it. I have phoned and emailed with no response, I would not recommend ordering from this company, I am beginning to think it is a fake company. I will be contacting my credit card company to see if I can retrieve my £99.

I have ordered a double egg chair.i was told delivery would be around 21st January and have still not received it. Left two messages on mobile answer phone which is only telephone number available and received no response.l have also emailed twice and on website states response will be within 24 to 48 hours and have not heard anything.
Update 1/2/25 still not heard anything do not buy from this company. I have contacted my bank as I think it's a scam

Our washer had a problem where the lid shutting wasn’t being recognized. The help desk was generating AI responses that I could’ve found in the manual. All not helpful, figured it out on my own and I found them to be a complete waste of time and horribly impersonal company.

Scammers, luckily I purchased via amazon pay who managed to get my money back, egg chair never arrived. Don't risk your money spend a little extra from a reputable shop, COMFEESHOP SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY.

Ordered an egg chair on 06/01/2025. No sign of it. No tracking confirmation or any helpful emails regarding where my order is just continuous lies when they finally did respond after 11 days of contacting them. Claimed my order was shipped, when I checked the courier website, they said it was “ not in system”. Highly do not recommend so unprofessional.
