If i could give zero stars i would. What i got is cheap rubbush, nothing like photos on website very deceptive. Came from china not uk. Scam ! Dont buy.

The shoes have arrived but they look extremely poorly made with the cheapest materials possible. They are also too small. The call centre is not their customer service line but the number for a shopping centre in Liverpool. Looks like a massive scam. The shoes came from China, and took a few weeks to arrive. I’m thinking the glowing reviews are faked. Don’t be fooled these shoes are extremely poor quality, and don’t come in the size you ordered.

The delivery took 3 weeks because the items are shipped from China - they don't inform you about it on the website. When the shoes arrived, they don't look like the ones in the photos and the quality is poor. I'm trying to return them, but it turns out the return centre is in the USA and I have to pay for international parcel. It very much looks like a scam.

Misleading "Express" Shipping & Deceptive Practices – Avoid!

I placed an order on September 14th, relying entirely on their promise of "Express Shipping" as I needed the footwear urgently for a physical recovery. Instead of express delivery, it took a full two weeks for the package to arrive.

What makes this completely unacceptable is the blatant deception. Their website prominently displays a Liverpool address, creating the illusion of a local UK business. However, tracking revealed the item was actually dispatched from China using a cheap, slow delivery method. If I had known this upfront, I would never have ordered from them.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service on Friday to check on the delay, they were utterly unhelpful. They couldn't provide an ETA, offered zero solutions or compensation, and simply wasted my time with frustrating, dismissive replies.

It is incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that misleads its customers about its location and shipping times, delaying my recovery in the process. I will absolutely never order from them again. Do not trust their shipping promises.

Also the shoes are quite narrow and press against my feet

I believe this is a scam company. Paid for goods didn't arrive. Emailed them no reply. Warning be AWARE!!!!!!!

Recently ordered some shoes from this company and was pleasantly surprised by the look and quality of the product. Wore them to a wedding and received lots of compliments. Comfortable too!

I had good e-mail support from Lily at Avery Lane (I was concerned because I was going to be abroad when the parcel was due) and I was happy with the shoes when they arrived.

Slower delivery than expected but worth the wait. Love it and the is lovely

Website was easy to navigate, when there was a delays with delivery the Customer service kept me updated. It order arrived a few days after.
