Please with foot massager but...
1) A hassle getting the extended warranty
2) Today I received spam from Comfier - "Relaxation is the Best Love", a crude attempt to sell via St Valentine's day.

I clicked on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email, entered the email thy had addressed the spam to, and got "Sorry, this email is not subscribed to list "Comfier".
Then I tried the link in the email for updating subscription preferences and got "That's odd - This page appears to be missing.
So no way of stopping further Comfier spam.

After considerable research and comparison of the top rated massager brands I select Comfier. The upgraded Comfier Shiatsu back / neck massager is well worth the extra cost. The customizable, multi features provide exceptional pain relief and relaxation. The product is well constructed and easy to use. Comfier customer support exceeded all expectations in responding to an operational question. Compared to my two prior massagers that were not this brand the Comfier unit far exceeds in all aspects - highly recommend.

This review is about registering for an extended warranty. A review of the product may follow.

The Comfier support website system did not recognise my UK Amazon invoice number so I was asked to upload proof of purchase. I tried to upload my Amazon invoice pdf only to be told the format wasn't acceptable! I then converted the pdf into a jpg and could upload.

Why wasn't my order number (copied and pasted) recognised?
Why aren't pdfs acceptable?
And how about advising what formats are accepted.
Has no one else raised these issues before now? If so, why not deal with them?

I think I might honestly be Comfier’s #1 fan. I own several of their massagers, and I use them almost every single day. Whether it’s after work, after a workout, or when I just need to relax, there is always a Comfier product that fits perfectly for the moment. The quality has been consistently reliable, and every time I try a new item from them, I’m always impressed by how thoughtful and creative the design is — they really understand what comfort and relaxation should feel like.

Every Christmas, Comfier is always my top choice. My family and friends now expect a Comfier massager from me because they’ve all loved the ones I’ve given before. It’s become a bit of a tradition — and honestly, there's no better gift than something that brings real comfort to someone’s everyday life.

Comfier is a great company to buy from and they offer many GREAT products. I have purchased and use multiple massagers of theirs and I love them all. Having a very bad back, along with shoulder and neck pain these massagers have been life savers for me. I highly recommend the Comfier products!

Not sure about other negative reviews. But my experience with this seller on Amazon was great. I bought a couple of neck and back massagers from them and had no issue. The build quality is good. The prices were competitive. Overall good brand.

It is most important to protect our planet from further damage that the products we purchase are manufactured to minimise pollution and are made durable and repairable to avoid premature need for their disposal.

I was in a dilemma as to whether to give a five star rating for a recently purchased Shiatsu neck and back massager or to stress my concerns about the failures to respond to the complaints made in these Trustpilot reviews.

I am happy that the UK internet retailer will accept routine return of this item as we find the Shiatsu massage is too powerful at the moment. The standard automatic neck and massage is a great improvement on the vibration on massage offered to the lower back that needs us older folk to be able to get themselves up from the floor.

Bought a $700 massage chair on Amazon that had the usual warranty attached. Within a few months, SEVERAL parts of this expensive chair stopped working. First the air bags, then one of the main motors, then the entire foot massager which is the ENTIRE reason I spent $700 on this. We have been emailing them back and forth for 6 FREAKING MONTHS now just trying to get this thing warrantied. After a very slow 10 emails back and forth... They tell us the manufacturer doesn't have any of the parts in stock. So we wait. For almost a year now. We have just requested to just send us a new chair because this is ridiculous. $700 machine and it falls apart with normaal use in less than half a year, and these people are trying every single thing they can think of to not honor the warranty despite it being very obviously covered.... Which they also agree it is. Its not my problem your manufacturer stopped making the parts for this, the warranty covers it REGARDLESS. So you guys have a week to resolve this or i will continue to escalate this. Not being robbed of almost 1000 bucks. Absolutely not. next i will be reporting you all to BBB and the FTC as a scam. Because thats what this is at this point.

Though I certainly have really enjoyed the comfier massage chair for a while, as soon as the warranty was over, the neck portion stopped working. This happened to my sister as well.

Really easy from start to finish. Orderd from amazon then delt with company from then on. Am really happy with the head massager, and in communicating with the company during the process very straightforward. It's nice to see a company look after there customers. Defo recommend

My waist hurts a lot when I sit at work every day. After I bought one and tried it, it really relieved the pain. It’s really great!

I bought a neck massager from Comfier, but it doesn’t work well for me because I work out a lot and my shoulders are thicker than usual. However, my wife loves it and says it works like magic. Since she’s the boss, I got her another back massager for Mother’s Day, and she loves that one too. Now, the neck massager is just sitting in the closet. We haven't needed to use the warranty yet.

Received handheld massager as gift, wanted to register for warranty. However, the Comfier insert card with product reads: "1-Year Warranty -- Note: The warranty does not cover free, gifted, replaced, or refurbished items. Comfier retains the rights to modify these terms."

Seemly odd they do not cover their own replacements, nor their own refurbished items.... led me to check out their website.
The website looks professional, until you get to the product pages, where multiple items are listed, in my case handheld massagers, and the prices between color choices of the same model between $71.99 and $159.99 which seems like 'price game-play' until the last listed item on page. The item is listed as "Copy of Comfier Massage Gun..." and is priced for $4,601.01 ← Yep, Four Thousand, Six hundred and 1 dollars...

This could be a administrative error, on their Point of Sales website, but there are enough hints through-out the entire site, plus the shady warranty terms to lead me to NOT share my personal information attempting to register for the extended warranty (which I won't be eligible for, as this was a birthday gift.

I had bought a hand massager.
It stopped working.
Warranty first year they pay return.
After that you pay.
I sent it UPS. 34 kilometres, $21.45.
They replied that it was out of stock and they suggested a substitute.
Since it comes from China who knows when it will show up.
Since they suggested it, I agreed.
I have arthritis in the right thumb.
I tried and tried but my hand is too
Large.
I couldn’t insert my hand in far enough to massage my palm.
I wanted to give it a fair chance to see it would work.
My original massager would let me insert it all the way to the wrist, just what I needed.
I told them that it didn’t do what I needed it to do.
I told them I wanted to return it and get original one back.
It’s a good thing that I wasn’t holding my breath waiting for a reply.
They didn’t want to agree.
They didn’t know how to say no.
So they didn’t say anything.
They just filed it under garbage.
Notes:
1-)I took suggest to mean recommend.
It’s better not to suggest if there is a chance it may not be suitable.
2-) I am now stuck with a massager that is useless, it doesn’t do what has to be done.
3-)Suggestion, if you have a problem pray it’s in the first year.
4-)Distance could increase shipping costs.
5-) If you do return it and they want to substitute will it be as good?

When Comfiers message regarding their "Black Friday" special offers/deals arrived in my in-box I was ecstati
Now, atlast, I could afford to purchase their amazingly therapeutic (I've been told by an acquaintance who owns one) Shiatsu Back Massager + Shoulder and Neck Massager. HAPPINESS.
My joy was, I am devastated to tell you all, very short+lived because "the Computer said "NO" and my email to the address , given to me on their website was sent back Elvis's way"Returned to Sender"!!!
I sincerely hope and pray this Review is read by someone within Comfier who is able to ensure my experience is passed to the Person and/or Department able to:
1. Do whatever necessary to correct their website with immediate (plus have an in-depth look at their entire site because it is cumbersome, complicated and very user UNfriendly).
then
2. Have the appropriate Person and/or Department contact me in order that I may place my order forthwith.
Please may I point out that I am 81yrs old, so time is of the essence!!!!!!
