I ordered the 2 piece Sleeveless Summer Lounge set. The top fit perfectly to size (L) … the shorts not so much. I doubt the shorts would fit my 8 year old niece. Not only were they very small and about 6 inches from the waist to the hem.
When I contacted the company requesting they send the properly sized shorts they offered a 20% discount and said I could keep the shorts. I replied “no” and they then offered a 30% discount.

Very disappointed in both the product and the service.

As regrettably discovered by other disappointed customers, ComfortReliables, Lunafemmeaa and The Shenzhen Zhongdao Health Management Technology Co., Ltd. all appear to be the same bunch of scammers. Their 'animal socks' are rubbish - they fell to pieces and in any case are nothing like the advertised product. Customer Service disappears when you complain ... now there's a surprise!

So ComfortReliables, Lunafemmeaa and The Shenzhen Zhongdao Health Management Technology Co., Ltd. appear to have strong connections. I ordered two projectors from an internet ad where forests and oceans where swirling, moving and filling my whole room with extraordinary movie like themes, jellyfish pulsating, etc. When I eventually got these tiny projectors (in an M&S bag) they are LOAD YOUR OWN individual terrible quality 1D images. Absolutely appalling misrepresentation. The corporate trail here is long, with different companies all over the world - China, US, etc. and comfortreliables.org did not reply to my email requesting send back/refund and I had to go through PayPal for resolution. I have seen at least two of these companies are on "scam aware/phishing" websites, so I would concur with that. If you do receive items, the quality will be awful. They really should be banned under UK Advertising Standards.
