Extremely dishonest company.
Extremely dishonest company.
Bought a model Christmas arrived damaged tried to contact them twice using two different emails no response so wrote a review, got an email from them demanding every personal detail they could think of, I obliged despite them obviously not needing things like my full name, phone number etc but despite me providing this they still deleted my previous review. I will keep reposting this until Trust Pilot does their job and investigates this snake of a company.

Similar experience to other people on Trustpilot. I placed an order in Dec 2023 for an item that would be released in September 2024. The order was never fulfilled and they never replied to my emails or issued a refund.
