Excellent Customer Service
After weeks of sorting a family member's estate, by far this vendor has been the most positive experience, clear communication responding same day or by the next day. Valuation completed within a reasonable time and again communicated very well throughout. Very pleased with the valuation and guided how to transport the collection to the premises. Simply outstanding service throughout and thoroughly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a special coin for a friends’ birthday. Envelope turned up empty! A tear in the side and no sign of the coin. Coin could have fallen out during delivery but the envelope was flimsy and not up to the standard to deliver a heavyish coin. Requested a replacement and the company gave me radio silence. Eventually after much persistence via Amazon, we were asked to send the item back ???. Really? Further correspondence to the company still resulted in silence. They have no customer service skills and only care about taking your money. Cheapskates, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Better service and prices from eBay sellers. Eventually got a refund via Amazon.
