Over a year ago I contacted Sam and we began working on a deal. I had tried other avenues that did not work for one reason or another (credit), however Sam got me 2 deals, however I did not think this was legitimate. I tried to work directly with one of the lenders and I screwed up the deal. :(

So, back to the drawing board for me and searching for a way to get funding for my next project. After some time, I got an email from Katy and we began another review of what I needed in order to grow my company.

Long story short, Erick, Katy and Sam work very hard to secure me my funding and now I am about to make another purchase that will be a game changer for me and my family. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort these guys put in to helping with this process. If you take one thing from my review, it's this, Do Not Doubt that they are here for you!

IN RESPONSE TO COMMERCIAL LENDING'S REPLY ON 10/7/2022: Definitely not what was said to me over the phone and if that was the real reason I was denied, why am I just now hearing about this on public review forum rather than in private??? It further proves my point... That's highly unethical, unprofessional, and a poor attempt to save face.

10/6/2022: Reached out to this company and talked with Edward in hopes of seeking equipment financing for my business. Filled out the application, sent in statements, etc etc... Was told I would hear back within a day if everything checked out. However, 3 days go by and I finally reach out to them again to get a status update and all I am told by Edward is that "we're still working on it". I called BS and immediately hung up. And the fact that I don't get any update on my application for 3 whole days until it takes ME to reach out to THEM is everything you need to know about this company and how they treat their customers. I'd recommend going elsewhere for your financing needs and wouldn't recommend Commercial Lending...
