Besides being a networking and collaboration platform, Commission Crowd gives a lot of valuable educational materials, tips and advices.
Many of them are free. Also several webinars were conducted recently.
It would be nice to upgrade features for search and sorting information in the Blog.

Do not use Commission Crowd!
Commission Crowd was a very bad business decision. The agents are difficult to recruit, inexperienced, unreliable, and the list goes on.
I would strongly advise others not to use Commission Crowd and instead use alternatives.
They also do not offer refunds so make sure you log into your PayPal account so you're able to dispute the transaction.
When you have a moment Laura I would appreciate a refund!

I'm Ryan, one of the co-founders. Firstly I would like to offer my sincere apologies for your experience and I have taken immediate action and spoken with our customer success managers to ensure that better processes are put in place. This includes better managing expectations and consulting with our members on how to get the best from our service.
Perhaps this is a slightly strange analogy however, finding the right self-employed sales partners is a lot like networking or dating. It sometimes takes a little time to find the right person or people. We are a networking and collaboration platform and it saddens me that your expectations weren't met properly when you joined.
Some companies find the perfect sales partners on the very first day while others may take slightly longer. While I can't be sure how many people you reached out to or the types of messages you were sending, I had a look into your account and noticed that you had only logged in four times. My gut feeling tells me that, through no fault of your own, you probably weren't too sure how best to reach out to agents and as a result weren't able to find the perfect partner right away, leading to frustration and this review.
I would like the chance to personally work with you and even extend your membership with us if you'll reach out to me.
Our database is growing by 300+ new agents a month and we have well over 800 happy company members (at the time of writing this) who have built their sales teams using our platform. It's just unfortunate that happy customers aren't as inclined to visit review sites as those who experience frustration, which is understandable. I am certain that given slightly longer you'll find the perfect partner for your company.
Both Laura and I have tried calling and emailing you several times without success. I've even submitted a message through Trust Pilot in the hope of reaching you but you haven't responded. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to put this right for you if you could please reach out to me personally at Ryan@commissioncrowd.com

Service does not deliver
My experience with Commission Crowd was unacceptable.
To summaries they cannot deliver the service advertised so I would strongly advice to stay away from this company.
I have since recruited a commission based sales person from indeed, luckily for me my credit card company took the money back from PayPal.

As a business owner it's a truly horrible feeling to think that we've let any of our customer's down and upon seeing this, we immediately checked our PayPal resolution center and reached out directly to the only customer who's ever disputed a lifetime payment.
The response was puzzling as that person assured me that they didn't write this and that actually the dispute was more of a misunderstanding and things were put right quickly. That customer is still with us to this day.
Of course we're not perfect, but the team and I do our very best each day to work closely with each of our clients. Everything we do comes from a place of trying to add value, to help educate and remove the friction and to help sales agents and companies make solid lasting partnerships quickly. So long as we understand that a client is having an issue we do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
We're currently not able to find out who you are but I would urge you to reach out to me or the team, so that we can work together to put things right. As a lifetime member, you of course still have your account to use forever and there is always more we can do to help you make connections with the right sales agents. Our database is growing fast. This is our commitment to each of our members but we hold a very dear place in our hearts for lifetime members who supported our growth and believed in us at the early stage of our business. We take it as a personal failure that you felt this way about us for even a moment.
In the chance that you're actually a competitor trying to harm our reputation, we have love for you too. Lets collaborate and create something great together, there is so much work to be done to help the world better understand how to get the most out of commission-only sales partnerships and we'd love to connect.
