Our API is capable of delivering real-time commodities data via API at an accuracy of 2 decimal points and a frequency as high as every 60 seconds. Capabilities include delivering exchange rates for almost any Commodity, Precious Metals, converting single currencies, and returning Time-Series data and fluctuation data.

Absolute shit-show! Data is corrupt. Do not use for time-based series! I've handed over three reports with the corruptions, they've changed data three times and I'm willing to bet their series is still not right. Furthermore they now suddenly claim that they 'only needed to change the data once'.
Furthermore, they asked me to look at their data again, but my credits were gone, because of the earlier report-generations. They kindly gave me more credits, I made another report, and now they claim that this was a restitution of some sorts. I didn't need their services anymore, just wanted to help them get back on track. Hang on to the money I've paid; I had to redo three months of work because of corrupt data.
Do not use this API! It'll cost you money while you get corrupt data. After three attempts to fix the data on their side, they still did not succeed.
Costumer service is excellent, until not, no refunds.

We’re also sorry that, after that process, you lost confidence in continuing with the service. We know how important reliability is for your work, and we take that seriously.
Regarding billing, in the eventual case of an issue we’re ready to compensate, and that’s what we did here: we applied credit for the periods where you experienced issues or concerns with the data. That credit was accepted and the service continued to be used afterward. We’re still sorry that, in the end, the service didn’t work out for you.

1) The data provided by Commodities-api did not match the datasets presented on their website 2) API responses were often inconsistent 3) API calls sometimes responded , sometimes not. We lost time. 4) We flagged these issues but received no response until we cancelled our subscription . 5) Wishing them luck anyway .
